It appears that all of Yakuza's Leaders are currently engaged in a general staff meeting/weeklong retreat/sensitivity training/paintball match at an undisclosed location. I am not authorized to handle disbursements or transactions, other than putting my chop on bar tabs provided by our gracious Master Dragon...

So, other than a possible loan to pay off the bar tabs, I know of no current financial needs that I am capable of addressing.
