I think he means that he cannot write down the RP idea he has on his mind in english. So he posts a general draw about it in the forums.

ah crap speaking in swedish now? lol nice alright and yea i never said anything about us using rhineland cruisers, we use outcast cruisers. Tho i might get a rheinland cruiser as the fleet flagship and if i do, expect a good RP thread on it.
