oki i was thinking well so many people are in factions im guessing that's where the fun is. so um how do i get started? i asked my cousin but all he said was ask someone else ._.
any suggestions on factions and where to start? how much mil will i need too?

It's too late (Im going to bed) to link you to them, but.
GRN| is the Gallic Royal Navy (I lead it) and we're always keeping an eye out for people. We have slight activity problems, and would love people who'll be willing to log (sometimes alone) and fly around.
CR| is the Colonial Republic, a restart of an old faction. Search Function will help you greatly.
BIS| Is the Bretonia Intelligence Services (where I am the Secretary...I get the coffee) which is attempting to become official, and another pilot is always welcome.
But, if you don't feel up or don't connect with these factions and their roleplay, the Liberty Navy or Liberty Police Inc might work for you.
All factions are listed in the Factions subforum; they are divided by locations.
