Well the Topic Title says it. I tried to follow the Tutorial that is somewhere hidden in the Tutorial Section, failing that I cannot get 3Ds or whatever that is. So I thought of Metaseq and started the Tutorial. Failing again, that I cannot find the Ship in the said shiparch.ini making it impossible to continue. Random Symbols everywhere, in the Editor and Notepad++.

I would like to know if someone could tell me how I would be able to do that different, using Metaseq and how I can see the damn Text in the ini. So...yeah, please help me D:

Talk to cshake for your rendering.

Also I do renders in Blender by following these simple steps.
-Get Blender 2.49 (has to be 49 do not get 2.5 alpha 2 or whatever the latest it)
-Import a model into milkshape
-Save it as a milkshape file
-go into blender and file/import/milkshape/your file.
-then move it around a little and hit render. (you can also fiddle with lighting and render quality but that takes more skill)

And about your .ini's. You have to decode them using a program which I can't find. There is a thread with download locations somewhere...

The Guy with the Mexan Hat is helping me right now, different than your Explanation, but it is working already. If I can get Autodesk to work...

Made it, thanks to the iMexan D: Now I need a Way to find out how to render Engine Trails and Blasters if that is possible.

No you can't, your best bet is to use the particle tool in garry's mod. But that requires the game and more conversion.
Edit : Or photoshop ?

Got both. If I want to do it in Photoshop I have to learn that aswell. Seems like I need to search for some Laser Tutorials.
