I've change the concept to be more of a eco-pirate faction with junker id. I think that will work better and make the faction more trollproof;)
I'm just gonna state once and for all that i've dropped the thought of VIGILANTE ID so there's no more confusion. Now the concept is a eco-pirate/terrorist faction using junker id to stay semi-lawful.
I've gotten much feedback which is really good.:)One thing that keeps coming up is a misunderstanding of what i mean with indie miner/trader: A INDIE MINER OR TRADER FOR ME IS A MINER/TRADER WITH INDEP. MINER/TRADER ID CAUSE IN ROLEPLAY ALL WITH A CORP. ID IS WORKING FOR THAT COMPANY. Hope you all understand me now:D
Yeah, much better now. But if you use the Junker ID now don't let it become a means to an end. Use Junker IFF then, too. And if you are going to write a story explain why Junkers decided to join that movement. Or just use Junker chars as haulers and take the Pirat IDs for the dirty work.

I think that might be the way i should go. But (There's always a big but;)) by using Junker ID i can stay semi-lawful and easy sell the ore to indie traders. I will have to think about that. Thanks for the feedback once again:)
