Today is a dark day for the Revolution. Myself and Captain Baranov led an operation into Stuttgart, in an attempt to get valuable experience for Gold Wing.

Joining us were Lietenants Roberts, Thorvaldsson, Gellantra and Sotskov. We found ourselves brought into combat against a squadron of RM fighters and bombers, after we broadcast information to the civilian populace of Planet Stuttgart and had destroyed a Battlecruiser and an incoming RM Wrath.

After a long fight, in which the agile Wraths proved too much for ourselves to handle, we started to lose vessels. All pilots were downed, excpeting myself and Captain Baranov.

It is my opinion that Gold Wing need training in two main areas. Firstly; basic flight controls. Practising combat maneuvers won't hurt, and can only prevent future embarassment.

Secondly; disengagement. The recruits seemed to have trouble with extracting themselves from our more skilled opponents. This is an important skill to save lives, and had Baranov and I not managed to retrieve the escape pods, the recruits' lives would be a living hell right now.

Lessons have been learned, and more will be learned in the future. The embers of our ships today will spark the inferno of revolution, that I swear.

Comrades a mighty victory was won last night as our home system was invaded by a combined Corsair and Zoner assault. The incident was caused by a lone Zoner fighter violating O-52 and refusing 3 orders to leave by the route he came, his ship's designation was Mobius-1. The Zoner threatned us that if we attacked him he would summon the Destroyer Nemisis! After I stopped laughing I ordered the Zoner fighter destroyed. Myself Ariel Stirrov and Alexi Karchov then eliminated this interloper.

We decided to Raid Cambridge next with support from Baranov and the mighty Havana, while their we received comms that ODF Nemisis had come for vengance. Again after much laughter we received word that O-52 had been breached and a massive fleet was their. The Nemisis had also retreated to O-52, we steeled ourselves and made our way home to face these interlopers. Wisely the Havana held back while the fighters and bombers moved in to face the force against us, There were many ships assembled against us and our bombers were being harrased by enemy fighters.

My data recorded took a direct hit and I also lost my CM deployment device, first to go was the Destroyer Nemisis after a suitable delay the Havana jumped in, Benitez(CG)-Libertad was next, that when my data recorder was damaged. The enemy Osiris Wraith of Furia proceeded to try to leave the engagement on impulse trying to escape the Havanas guns, several bombers gave chase while the Havana, myself and another bomber mopped up the last of the enemy, or so I thought. The Havana then set off on impulse after the Wraith of Furia with the bombers too. A contact flashed on my scope and I thrusted towards them, it was two enemy fighter that had somehow beed thrown from the engagement.

While I could hear the comms of my comrades engaging the Writh of Furia, I engaged the 2 remaing fighters alone, a Titan and a Super VHF. Inflicting heavy damage on the Super VHF the dog fled, I then rounded on the Titan that had been attemting to cover the SVHF and destroyed it. Meanwhile the Wraith of Furia also fell!

I wish I had all the names and ship types to advise who else fell, but I do not, what I do know is we utterly creamed the enemy without losing a single ship. For the Coalition!

CommID: Lt. Alexi Karchov - Gold 1
Message Target: SCRA Command
CC: Lt. Cmdr. Vasiliy Prutko
Message Origin: Cape Verde - Omega52

Perhaps I can help sir. My flight recorder managed to capture most of these, and I add my report as a clarification.

I will pick up as the enemy battlegroup was spotted entering Coalition space. Lt. Cmdr Prutko quickly made it back to Omega52 ahead of the main battlegroup, and was joined by Lt. Stirrov in her bomber, but waited on Verde until the rest of the Coalition battlegroup could enter.

The Cambridge battlegroup finally entered 52, and with the launching of Stirrov, Prutko, and the
Karl Marx under Captain Stakhanov, the Coalition flotila consisted of:
Commadore Ares - Havana
Captain Stakhanov - Karl Marx
Commander Baranov - Bomber
Lt. Cmdr. Prutko - Fighter
Lt. Cmdr. Weise - Bomber
Lt. Karchov - Bomber
Lt. Stirrov - Bomber

The enemy fleet consisted of six total ships:
Wrath.of.Furia - Order Osiris
ODF_Nemesis - Zoner Fearless
Benitez(CG)-Libertad - Corsair Gunboat
Corsairs_Julius_Benitez - Titan
(HS)FireStormer(*C*) - Viper
BleedingShadow - Unknown, possible Super-Heavy-Fighter

First to go down was the ODF_Nemesis, at which point the Havana and the Karl Marx launched and engaged the Osiris, which proceed to turn tail and run. The Bomber Group engaged in a running fight with the rest of the group, trying to take out the Osiris while simultaneously fending off the fighters and the Gunboat, which went down as well.

A special thanks to Lt. Cmdr. Prutko for covering the Bomber wing in his fighter, taking out the threats of the fighters while dancing with the capital ship as well.

Eventually the Bomber wing caught up and destroyed the Osiris, the last enemy to be downed.

Overall, a great display of coordinated attack on a capital-ship flotilla in defense of Coalition space. Attached is a listing of the official kill-count.

Sorry for the late-ness of this report, but Kalishnikov's was raucous last night with the victory of the Coalition.

A job well done, pilots. My treacherous Corsair brethren actually did us a huge favour, boosting our morale with such a decisive victory after the harsh lessons learned in Rheinland so recently.

Regarding these Corsairs, the Benitez familia are to be marked for eradication for violating our space in such a pathetic attempt at an invasion.

I will be sending the usual threats and taunts et cetera shortly.

Also, for the rapid scramble of space superiority fighters and bombers, all pilots that launched (Even Lieutenant Commander Weise, who needs to watch his damn mouth) are to receive the 'Crimson Vigil' decoration, which is awarded to those that show exceptional duty and valour in the defence of Coalition interests.

Lieutenant Commander Prutko is to receive the 'Hero of the Revolution' award too, for showing remarkable diligence in guarding his bomber-pilot wingmen. Such teamwork is highly respected in the Coalition. Well done.

Congratulations!

---

Also, as a side note, myself, Commander Striatov and Lieutenant Stirrov had several other minor run-ins with Corsair fighters, as well as a Bounty Hunter fighter. They were of little consequence, and easily destroyed.

*Nemesis, I suggest you make yourself available to this Council for possible censure proceedings.

*I spoke with Coalition pilot Alexi Karchov today in Omega 49. I have indicated that I will sponsor Captain Ares of the Coalition to address the Council concerning the incident in Omega 52.

*There seems to be a question as to why your ship, the Mobius, violated Coalition space; and then further as to why the Destroyer Nemesis joined forces with Corsair ships in retaliation for the Mobius' destruction...

*While you are a registered Zoner, sir, it sounds as if your fighter had no Zoner IFF. For that reason, I doubt the Delegates will be willing to speak in your defense concerning this incident; but a full discussion might clear the air a bit.

*I will copy this transmission to the SCRA's comms, in hopes Captain Ares will respond to present the Coalition's case.*

//As Mobius and Nemesis are one and the same, I'm curious if anyone pursued a sanction report on this seeming violation of the 4-hour re-engagement clause...?//

Comrades! Today is a day of both mourning and happiness for the revolution. I shall begin, as usual, with mourning. Elements of Red and Gold Wings, along with the Fearless class cruiser 'Tito, were heavily engaged by up to 15 corsair fighters, bombers, and gunboats in the eare of Omega 5, Omega 52, and Omega 41. All Coalition pilots aquitted themselves well, but the overwhelming firepower and numbers forced a general retreat. Currently, the SCRA Elements known to have engaged today are scattered thought the Omega systems. Locations for recovery cannot be given at this time, but they are all believed to be alive, if not well.

Now, the happiness: Under the Command of Commodore Ares O'jovem, approximatly a dozen corsairs were killed or driven off by a force one third their size. Lieutenant Ariel Stirrov is hereby declared a "Hero of the Revolution", and is awarded the Red Wound stripe, along with Commodore Ares (Again). Lieutenant Stirrov performed valianty under fire, driving away or destroying four enemy bombers and a gunboat, all while staunching a flow of blood. After Commander Ares was forced to disengage from yet another wound, she bravely led the attacking forces away from his crippled ship. Kalashnikov's has been instructed to provide free drinks all around, excellent work comrade.

All pilots, stand by for a re-organization of Red and Gold wings, be prepared to have your fighters repainted.

For the Revolution! Admiral Kirk out.

While out at Trafalgar to remedy the transponder failure of Aurora, I was hailed and distrupted by a wing of QCR at the doorstep in front of some mouldy Benitez crew. Their inferiority was remarked and I ordered the Benitez to leave my space as they did obey. The duo of a Templar and Challanger got severely damaged and fled while an Outcast falcata trying to aid them got destroyed. He was most probably good on cardamine. On return to Verde, Aurora aided our fighter group in Omega-5 against a bunch of Corsair buggers. The turrets caught one of their bombers. As the fight was prolonged over time, Corsairs had more and more reinforcements including some mercenaries as well. Despite the ridiculous rates and giving out a moderate amount of losses, overall casualties make us look fairly on the upperhand. Three groups of Corsairs with the independents along barely matched the Coalition at all. Myself, alone in my light fighter had to land on Verde after hassling with a group of their remaining fighters, those who called in a gunboat as well. As a final note, it seems Corsairs might need to repair their scanners. Below are the recorded data of the action so far.

Please forgive me reporting in late, it has all happened very fast. Finally being excepted into the Coalition, and being able to support the revolution in a more "direct" manner. It is an honor to be able to fly with you my fellow revolutionist, and this is my life-long goal. Now it's time to take it to phase two, where the ideals of the coalition, become reality!

Earlier today Commodore Ares lead a wing aboard the Havana consisting of myself, Commander Striatov, Lieutenant Commanders Prutko, Thorvaldsson, and Weise, as well as Lieutenant Gellantra. After running through a quiet Bretonia, we quickly pushed through to Liberty without trouble. Upon entrance we ignored the trifles between petty pirates and pathetic bounty hunters.

After arriving in New York we Took our time to plot. Lieutenant Commander Weise went ahead of us to scout finding two Liberty Navy fighters, I quickly moved in to support his bomber. Whilst I kept them busy, Weise moved with the rest of the squad towards the bulk the the enemy. I took my chance to meet up with them, when two terrorist distracted the fighters, and a gunboat came to their aid.

Meeting the squad at Norfolk, a blood bath had amassed, with our forces downing enemies left, right, front and center. Things however, would soon change. A junker repairship betrayed us and began to supply the enemy, causing the Havana to flee, and Striatov's bombers to become mutilated. Luis and Weise lost their vessels as well. Prutko and I made a run for it, myself escaping first by a distance. When informed Prutko had pursuers on his tail I held position in Colorado to cover his exit if need be.

A Bounty Hunter in a collector of all things engaged the two of us, putting up little resistance his ship was destroyed. Prutko and I safely returned the pods of our fallen comrades back to Omega-52, with our ships in one piece.

After suffering such a beating, my morale was low. I took a small amount of time to rest, but then I figured spreading the word of our cause would be more fitting. I quickly dispatched to Rheinland on my own, telling the people of our ways. Unfortunately halfway through my speech I was interrupted by the Rheinland Military.

Krieger, Stahlmann, and Pippart closed in on my position. I warned them to move back, but Stahlmann engaged, with Krieger refusing to call him off. I quickly defended myself, not taking much time to dispose of the problem. Pippart soon followed, for failing to realize that his sunslayers are best fired with a shield, and when my disruptors are inside my ship.

Krieger ran off in a hurry without much to say, telling Haas to make sure I paid for my "treachery" Soon after, Commodore Ares had arrived, with a Bounty Hunter gunship telling him to stay out of mine, and Haas's affair. Naturally the commodore refused, and we disposed of the gunship. Haas soon after fell to one of my nuclear mines.

Looks like Krieger's in for a surprise with the report that'll appear on his desk tomorrow, and has hopefully learned not to underestimate us in our struggle.

For the Coalition!

Stirrov out.

Alright troops, this is getting silly. I have three more medals to award, and I'm tired of it. First off, Bjorn Thorvaldson and Ariel Stirrov are both awarded the Red Crescent for "Suicidal Bravery in the face of the Enemy". Now, the details are classified for the moment, but suffice it to say, if you get shot down doing things like that, you're buying the next ship.

Second, Luis Gellantra is awarded the Halo of Valour for deeds also classified, but involving the award given to Comrade Thorvaldson, and probably is the reason he's not buying a new ship for himself.

Now, Quit It with the suicidal bravery!

Kirk out.
