Been looking high & low for level 8 cap ship armor. Best I can find is level 4. I know they have 8 cause i've seen it on other ships. Anyone have any info ?

Thanks Kevin. You're right, I'd rather be playing than looking for equipment. Actually, I'm a little curious why it's not available in the Liberty Navy Guard system of Virginia. Go figure. Thanks again
