I will be brief since 5 broken ribs and a fractured arm hurt a lot when typing on a medical bed.

I was attacked without provocation, without the slightest warning, by the vessel Old_Steel. My ship, with engines and weapons deactivatedto save on fuel, was taken down in a blink of an eye! My precious, shiny Collector is gone!

As far as I am concerned, the vessel Old_Steel is currently on Hostile IFF settings.

I am attaching an image taken from a nearby vessel.



I can't write any more, my arm hurts. I will be updating you on any further developments

I can atest to your brethren's situation. Old_Steel attacked me as well and without provaction. Sadly, Eugene assisted him in that endeavor, but it seems he has suffered for his trust. Overall, I hold only Old_Steel accountable for I have done business with Junkers and it has been profitable.

Sigma 13 is becomming quite strange indeed. Junker fighting eachother and Outcasts. Makes the BHG useless.
Do you want that? Yes me thinks, but not this way. This way does make it for BHG easier only.

Subject: Unprovoked Attacking by Old_Steel

Dear Junkers. I today was flying through Sigma13, and simply passing by Yanagi. I heard it should be closed, though i never heard any reasons for this, and as so i did not make any attempt to land. Nevertheless, the Junker Cruiser called Old_Steel did open fire on me without any warning. Apparently for simply passing Yanagi.
As he decided to shoot onto anyone coming into his range, he was a threatment for all ships there, and we, SOB, me, and some others, decided to lower this threat.
After a short exchange of fire after the Captain did not ant to hear anything, we had to sadly destroy said ship.

After all, all his statements were "Yanagi is closed." and all his actions were attacking anyone coming into his firing range, regardless if they would make attempts to dock or not.

The policy of the Junker Congress is simply to help safeguard Junkers from harm and protect their interests. Aside from these things our authority extends only to our own volunteers.

Our stance is we can coerce or assault no Junker by our own hand--that should never have to be. However, in light of Old Steel's actions I am making a public deceleration that the Congress will not intervene on his behalf should those who have been wronged seek retribution. Accordingly we authorize Adjudicator Green Hawk to take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard Junker traffic to Yanagi. I remind the captain of the Old Steel that Adjudicator Green Hawk is a Corsair.

Old Steel is acting independently and suffers the consequences for his action alone. To date, no Junker Congress member has ever fired on a fellow Junker. Any Junkers needing escort are free to contact us.

Gentlemen I would like to ask WHY my vessel was fired upon by the "Junker" Old_Steel as I undocked from Yanagi earlier today? Fortunatly I was aleart and managed to evade his fire.

This "Junker" proceeded to fire upon a Hessian cruiser, and, defending my ally, me and some other Outcasts and GC destroyed his vessel. Fortunatly the Junkers onboard the station maintained their neutrality and did not open fire.

Honorable Junkers,

I have already sent an open transmission to your news network explaining why SOB is in Sigma 13 & why we are near the Yanagi Station.
The incident with the ship named "Old Steel" was brought on this ship it self.
I had asked numerous times in open communications if he would discuss allowing damaged ships to dock & repair only.
At that time I has also ordered all SOB allied ships that were in our task force to remain 8 k away from Yanagi ,
a couple of my allied ships were already docked on Yanagi when Old Steel declared the base closed. He fired upon them with out warning. The Red Hessian Cruiser " Night Stalker " opened fire upon Old Steel in defense of the no warning attack on ships leaving Yanagi.

I hold no ill will or contempt to the Junkers in this action & still value our neutrality. But be advised any ship firing upon my allies or my ships will be blown out of the system with extreme prejudice.
If any damages have occurred to Yanagi Station, please inform me as I will compensate the Junkers for the repair bill. We will how ever not compensate Old Steel & his foolish actions & will again fire on him if he should fire upon any of our ships again.

SOB cant role play? this coming from a guy that fires on ships trying to leave Yanagi, wouldn't talk at all when I openly asked for a discussion at least 3 times, THEN re-engage more than 10 times once you were destroyed ?
