Greeting Congress Members.

Some of you may know me and some may not. My family runs the Culebra smelter in Puerto Rico. I was also the first Adjudicator of Rochester.

Now Tinkerbell has assigned me as the Director of Alien Sciences. Well I now need a ship on which to do research. I do not wish to contaminate any of our stations with alien parasites.

What I need from you if you are willing is scrap metal to retrofit a prison liner I have purchased. It will be called the Oso Blanco. I need 5,000 units of scrap delivered to the Culebra smelter. I will pay 2,000 credits per unit of scrap delivered. The scrap must be mined from the field around Trafalgar.

Eventualy I will need more resources but that is it for now. If anyone is interested in this job contact Jose Culebra as I have put him in charge of the smelter.
