commands not working

tried to /givecash to two different people and it did not work. the FLhook down or did i miss something somewhere?

OK, server's back up, but we're having a problem with the flhook plugins, as they seem not to be able to access player database so they are switched off now until the problem is resolved.

Me on the otherhand.....the server not showing up at all
