Wow a little over exaggerating there I was warned 3 times not 10 AND ontop of that didn't fight back on top of the fact all other LN players don't stop or make me leave because of my ship hell I have been in New York with that ship for about a month now with no trouble. you guys ether have no command structure or just decide things oocly and act on them threw rp which contradicts how the LN acted twords my character before

Actually, to tell the truth, all things must be thought about OOC first, as you must consider the ramifications of it, then you put it into RP.

Again, we do have to put up with a lot of crap, so we're going to shove this one under the rug.

I am truely tired of your caps shield running from my Slipstream. I know you are all scared but enough is enough. It is really no fun at all for me if you try to manuver and dodge my fire. If I see one more battle cruiser evading my krackens in a way that limits the way I can hit it, I am going to report you, all.

Sorry, dodging fire is against the rules now?!
I'm not even of the LN but this is my view on caps shieldrunning. If they engage cruise engines they've fled. If they thrust away, you can thrust much faster in a fighter.

Cap ships cannot shieldrun without engaging cruise (which means they've lost and must leave - thats why the no cruise rule is in place)

Ok not to sound like a pissed of ranting player but you have to pull those LNS-xxxxxx ships into line i was attacked on my rogue GB earlier today with this engage statement " rogue fire!!" T'm happy he went to the trouble of saying rogue and !! but thats pathetic .. this was all while i was trying to RP and he just went straight in with a one run kill as he was flying a cruiser.
That and there has been a merc flying around New York right passed LN-Rick.Gunner with no " I have to escourt statement said then when stating the rules i was told to leave myself because i was a rulelawyer.

I have posted about this incident in the rules area of the forum.

Firstly, I had nothing to do with a merc.

Secondly, i said "die criminal" before opening fire, which makes my intention quite clear.

I am also interested to note that the previous poster makes no mention of meyer's own rule violations - remaining in system and arguing on public channel after fleeing from combat, and also publicly insulting me on public channel by calling me *******.

I have checked all the rules amd find none I have broken. I have screen shots of meyer's actions, and should she wish to pursue it will happily post them, and we can take it from there.

Could any of you actually explain what happened in detail? Also, LN has only limited control over indies, if they wanted more control they'd join LN, we can't force them to do things just because we don't like it but we do try our best.
