I am sure there are plenty of black people in Liberty tho most would not have an african culture but an American one. Hmm well actualy Liberty probably includes Mexico and Canada also so liberty is probably a big melting pot...go figure.
I would say China should be added if there is another. They are probably one of the most influencial cultures in the world. But they were part of the coalition who all got blowed up along with earth. (I think that is just silly but canon is canon.)
In relation to some of the concepts mentioned, one related thought I had (and I think I've seen mentioned before) would be more systems of what could be termed sub-houses. Bretonia has the Dublin system with its Ireland connections, what about an Australia+New Zealand system as part of Bretonia? That sort of thing.

Quite a lot of us here are from Slavic countries, including Igiss the allmighty mod builder. Yet this Idea hasn't been wideley accepted. It's a bit OORP to bring in Soviets and such, as The coalition never launched sleeper ships, they were obliterated by Nomads. if that isn't bad enough... of all things...
You can have a Slavic character thou, as probably a lot of them came with Rheinlanders... nevertheless I think it's OORP to have them...
But then again so is having CR or Phantoms, and god knows what. Right now there will be some coaliton NPC's and some Stations and that's enough in my oppinion.
