Video Test - Spore Video

I uploaded a recording of mine, a creation of MLP Pony in Spore for the hell of it...

Are all the qualities okay? I know sound is quiet, and I can't test for video quality....

Took like 1 hour and 20 minutes to upload a 200mb file lol. Maybe I compressed it too small so it lost too much quality? Anyway, I used the windows7 'Windows Live Movie Maker' because I don't know any other good video editing programs (or any that compresses and keeps good quality : O )

Suggestions on editing programs? And how to keep quality good? ... + sound.
