They do not own them, but they are the only supplier/manufacturer of gate/lane spare parts, required for maintenance.

Even if local companies keep up the rade lanes, they require ageira technologies to repair and sustain the system. So you can RP the shipping of spare parts to support the repair of a trade lane somewhere even in RH with their restrictions, and they shouldn't say anything.

After all, those parts specifications are secret.

Junkers are hostile to all my lawful chars... so keep in mind if you use a junker IFF as soon as you come in range you show as red to lawfuls... and as a result get alot of attention.

I'd say no IFF is best.

If you're already beyond tagless (or don't think you could keep it that way), didn't want to put the effort into getting a Freelancer tag, and don't want the quasi-unlawfulness of the Junker tag, then I'd go with Zoner. They're a very diverse faction, especially if you just go by the original info blurb about them.
