Have they bounties on them?

If they haven't, speak to those you have wronged, and ask them to bounty you!:P

I believe this was intended to be more of an RP thing. The top 10 terrorists/criminals in Sirius like AC's old one. As it stands, it's just a bounty compilation ...

It will be an RP thing, if both the bountied party and the bounty payer help each other make a good wanted post. Simple '2 mil for 3 kills' would suck.

Also, if it is done by how much they are worth, it keeps things current.

Mon'Star may not make it on there as odd as that sounds. i typically play at odd hours and most of the people i kill are too busy calling me names and telling me they are reporting me to ever place a bounty on my head. :D

what's to stop someone from placing large bounties on themselves or getting friends to do it just to make it to the top of the list? i can see this turning into a popularity contest if not done properly.

just an observation.

Flying under radar.

Yeah, I'm with Mon'Star here...

The number one source of bounties is traders that are pirated and peeved. Bam, knock out Wesley (he never pirates) and Caleb (he never pirates either).

The super badass people may not be able to play their characters enough to accumulate enough bounties, either. Darkstar (leader of the Phantoms) is almost never on, I don't play my characters enough, and Mon'Star isn't on enough either.

I think the Top 10 should be separate from bounties, more like RP bragging rights that my character is more evil than yours; however, the 'Deck of Cards' could be based on bounties.

Most of the major terrorist won't make it on then. It'll be the people that annoyed the richest traders. The terrorist-type folks that SHOULD be on the most wanted list are just killed for the hell of it ... and the prestige.

That's why I suggested that the police forces put more bounties up. Plus, those with wide ZoIs, like Mon'Star, will have multiple bounties.

Also, I did suggest having it collaborative between hunters and targets.

Simply listing the most uber terrorists and soldiers, like Phantoms, Richter, SCRA et cetera is a bit much.

Earn your bounty.

Also, if one of your own characters bounties your own character, you still have to pay the hunter. A fair deal.

Making it based on bounties will encourage our scumbags to work hard at being wanted, and will keep it current.

If this list starts up, the Estate would be interested in sponsering it.

Guess the best thing to do would have cops report what criminals are doing what, cops as in BAF, RM, LSF, LN, LNS, (wow alot of liberty) and whatever the kusari cop is, all report to one eprson whos doing what, taht person finds the most mentioned names, or the most deadly, and aranges them accordingly.
