Getting the Zoner Guard Rep

Lately my Zoner pilot has been shooting Xenos and Unioners to decrease rep with Zoners. Sometimes I've taken BH missions against the aforementioned. The Zoner rep bar has been decreasing very, very slowly.

I've been led to believe, that once I get my Zoner rep to bordeline hostile, I can get the Zoner Guard rep with a double bribe.

Is this true?

You will probably have to conduct more than 2 reputation hacks (bribes) in order to get the Zoner Guard rep to maximum, which means multiple cycles of your process. I have heard that quadruple Zoner rep hacks are possible, but I've never personally seen them. The lower your regular Zoner rep is when you get the hack, the more the Zoner Guard rep will move towards maximum.

I'd suggest not shooting Xenos to get your Zoner rep down. You'll end up getting 8-10 factions full green and have to take those tags down, which is a lengthy process.. Just kill GMG and BHG to reduce the rep.

I actually got the quadruple Zoner hack on GC in Omega 49. It raised my Zoner Guard faction to about halfway green. One or 2 more good hacks and I'll have it full.

After I got my Zoner rep 5 boxes to the left of center (near hostile), I went to Corfu and got a double Zoner bribe. That's how I finally got my Zoner Guard rep.

You'd probably have to downgrade the Whale to an Eagle, then deal with the rep fixing. Then buy back the Whale once you have the rep. Sucks, but I don't see another way.:(

My advice is to go and get yourself a Borderworld Transport... It has decent capacity and all the firepower you need.
