Ive received reports and experienced it myself of DarkWing purposely ramming larger vessels to disrupt the aim or a "Good drop" of ships.

Your faction and you too Suzana obviously forgot that this is a RP, read Role Play server, and not a PVP one. On this server players Role Play for fun, and not kill for blue death messages. I was just raped in total silence by six of your ships including you. Of six DW ships there not one said a single word, not even a dreaded Engaging, while at the same time i said at least ten lines. Why was there no RP from your side? The excuse "They are doing it to us, so we are doing it to you." does not cover it. Two wrongs don't make a right, it is still wrong.
Also the shield running 10+K and camping Buffalo didn't help.
Now, if you or your clan don't want to RP on this server, maybe it is time to leave. Your behavior is ruining other players fun, and you are also breaking the server rules with it.

Well, you guys would be a good faction if you RPd a little...
I'm not saying all of you don't; I met a great DW (Python) the other day, he seems cool. Just a few ruin it for the whole faction.
And, dying every once in a while won't kill you (hehe), it makes for some great RP. No need to call a Battlecruiser on my Gunboat when you have a Gunship and a Bomber already.
Other than that, you seem to have some good RP potential. You need to start setting examples for new players.

Oh, on a side note, thrusting away is not fleeing. That tactic has been used against us for months now with people thrusting all the way out to 14k. If you check the forum would see that I have been one of the people arguing for there to be some limit to range but no official distance has been agreed upon yet.

As to "Another "They did it, so we will too."?", if a tactic is legal and discussions on the forum result in it being legal, then why shouldnt we be permitted to use it as well? For what its worth, I opened up distance because someone was asking me questions at the time. On another note, dont bitch at us for using tactics that everyone else here uses in the EXACT same situations. That is just being childish and petty.

Don't be so sure. If a SS of yourself at a far distance (10k etc.) after engagement has begun, as well as one afterwards of you continuing the attack is given the admins, I don't see a sanction far off. While there is no set limit, sanctions have been given for such actions.
