Konnichiwa, brothers. Today while I was aboard the Black Drake, my transport, I ran into another Wanderer by the name of [WDR]Deep_Space-XIII in Honshu. When informed that his kind were not welcome in Kusari space, he seemed quite shocked and was lost as for a reason why. After much discussion, he informed me that the Wanderers are Zoners, and members of the Zoner counsel (Which was clarified by a member of TAZ).
Apparently the fool from the night previous, [WDR]LoneWolf, is even more ignorant than originally thought. Deep_Space-XIII assures me that he will be excommunicated from the Wanderers, and thus the Zoner Counsel. I have asked Deep_Space-XIII to reiterate to LoneWolf that he is not welcome in Kusari space, and will be fired upon if found by any Hogosha.
Deep_Space-XIII has requested us to forgive the Wanderers for the action of their rouge member, and that if we can than they will be in our debt. I have allowed Deep_Space-XIII to fly through Kusari, as I believe him to honourable.
Also, during my travels, I came into contact with an independent trader by the name of Bob-Burgandy. He informs me his rout of travel is from Rhineland to Kusari, bring light arms directly into New Tokyo. I informed him that dealing in light arms is a somewhat questionable trade, and requested that in the future, he look into dealing in other commodities. He has been warned not to bring light arms into our home.

Konnichiwa, brothers. Today I had another run in with the fool, LoneWolf. He has been removed from the Wanderers, and now works with the Junker's Congress. He continues to come into Kusari and murder our brothers. The sewer rat is wiry, though, and always run at the first chance. The bounty hunters are filth! Sorry brothers, I have just found my way back to port after drifting helpless in Kyushu for hours. I was lucky to be found by Samura traders and not the infernal Blood Dragons that roam the system. I ran into one, Cap_Ron in Kyushu when flying The Dragon's Eyes, my new Arrow. I informed him that his bottom feeding filth are not welcome past Deshima, and that if he had any honour he would return there. The gajin spoke to me in a language unfamiliar to me, something that sounded like "lauwl" but I can not get my tongue around it.
After several minuets of trying to convince me Bounty Hunters were welcome everywhere and a show of complete ignorance of Kusari custom on his end I was attacked without warning. Not by the ignorant fool, but by another Bounty hunter who came at me from behind. His name was [WT]-RedFalcan, and after destroying me with out so much as a peep or explanation from him he turn on his comm "Captain Ron's my friend". With those words, they flew off and left me a drift in Kyushu.
Now, Cap_Ron was not defenseless, his Orca towered over The Dragon's Eye, and he had earlier stated that it would be unhonourable to fight me in my small vessel. But to then have his friend attack me from behind, this is truly a show of the kind of skum these filth truly are. We must not let these filth continue their terror here in Kusari, brothers.

I encountered a Junker Eagle near Planet New Tokyo today, he had a hold full of FA and Hogosha prisoners and quite an arrogant mouth on him as well. I ordered him to drop his prisoners and leave immediately which of course he refused. The little gaijin scum even shot me in the back while I was talking.
The prisoners have been returned to Kabukicho and pieces of his ship are still causing beautiful meteor shower displays over New Tokyo.
There has been an increasing number of those filth in our space recently, this can not and will not be tolerated. If the Junker Congress can't get control of their trash collectors, much more aggressive action will have to be taken soon.

As I am quite upset at the moment I will keep this short.
A ship called PotatoSmasher is now an enemy of the Black Dragons. Hunt him without mercy. The scum fired on me without warning after already being chased off once. He is a cowardly Plutonium smuggler and should be shown no mercy.
On a lighter note, the STF earned my respect today. It is up to all of you individually, but they seem to be honorable and I will not give them any trouble in our territory.

Konnichiwa, Brothers. Today is good day in Kusari. I was aboard the Black Drake, traveling the Sigmas today, when upon my return to Tokyo I heard a Blood Dragon over system comms. This filth was stopping transports and asking for donations for "Kusari Freedom Fighters", lying skum. I quickly boarded Dragon's Eyes and set out to find this filth. A gajin trader by the name of DodgeBall was ignorant and foolish enough to put his coffers in Blood Dragon hands, he will pay for this.
I eventually found the blood dragon, and I engaged his Heavy Fighter in my Arrow. After a long fought duel, I was able to destroy the skum with a mine. I did not bother to tractor in his escape pod, I feel it best he dies in the cold of space. Today we have shown we can defend Kusari, I say we continue to do just this.

A note of two points, the first being most important:-
Ruuku, please let me first commend you on your admirable defence of Kusari... We are not many but our impact is powerful! Your efforts are noted and warm the hearts of Hogosha everywhere!
Secondly, for reasons which are not clear right now, the AFA have called a ceasefire by themselves on the Junkers Conference. This does not affect the Hogosha stance toward the JC, but the situation is confused and be aware that if you engage the JC and require back up, the AFA may not be able to help. Take extra care out there and keep an eye out for further information.

The damn Betonian Privateers are in Kusari again! I was aboard Dragon's Eyes when I came into contact with two BAF privateers in Kyushu; Robert Caviler in a bomber and a gunboat by the name of Queen's Ransom. I warned the two to leave Kusari, but they would pay no heed to my warnings, so I engaged. I knew from the beginning that I would not be able to destroy the two, but I thought my perseverance and willingness to fight against odds would force them to retreat. I was mistaken. I focused my efforts on the bomber, dropping her shields on several occasions and doing a good deal of hull damage. I believe that if I continued the fight I would have been able to destroy the bomber, but my fight was cut short when I was hit by the Queen's Ransom's guns before I could raise my shields again. The two left my pod, and once again I found myself adrift in Kyushu. I was lucky enough to be found by a FA pilot, whom brought me to the Depot here. These skum must be destroyed at all costs.

Konnichiwa, brothers. Today our ranks have bolstered, Mazakatu Nagumo has joined the Black Dragon Society and has been given the rank of Kobun. On board his vessel, a Raven's Talon VHF, he will defend the Black Dragon Society, his honour, and Kusari with his life.
On another note, there has been an increase in Blood Dragon activity in New Tokyo. Over the past week I have encountered a number of independent Dragons, as well as Dragons from an organization known as Great Wolf. With our increased number, we will be sure to wipe Kusari clean of this filth.
