Portuguese:

"Se voce quer jogar nesse servidor, voce deve ler e aprender as regras do servidor."

Spanish (correct me if i'm wrong:)):

"Se quieres jugar en este server, tienes que leer y aprender las reglas del server."

German

"Wenn du bei diesem Server mitspielen willst, musst du die Regeln lesen und verstehen."

Hope it helps. People, feel free to correct me (except in portuguese )

If your mindless attempts to insult us fall well below the expected standard of English language usage on this forum, you will find yourself wearing your next takeaway, instead of eating it sir.

Although I do have to say, most of those non-english speakers are
1. Not regged at the forum
2. If they are, they never login

Better one for German:

Wenn du hier spielen willst, lern Englisch und kenn die Server Regeln.
Wenn du gebannt werden willst, tu's nicht.

(If you want to play here, learn English and the Server Rules.
If you want to be banned, don't do it.)

And actually, every german kid should speak English. I mean, some get this in class4 now. So if a german kid says "I can't speak English" just give him a cake and a goodbye.

In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.

Should the server rules be translated? I could volunteer, if needs be.

We could have it in (suggestion):

Spanish
French
German
Russian
Portuguese

Just a thought, I already put my anti-flame suit on....:)

If you translate rules, people who dont speak english will pop up from nowhere in big numbers. You need to speak english if you want to play on this server, so those who cant, dont even need to know rules.

EDIT: I simply do not belive someone who cant speak english will learn it cos theres " English only on server" written in rules.

We need the server rules in English, and in English only ... If they cannot be read in English, then you
shouldn't be playing on the server, as communication with other players, and administrative staff is
impossible. This, I'm afraid is entirely the point.

I knew this would come up, I just thought it would help some people.

Maybe what Kambei suggested, I don't know. Just trying to help....

But... think about it, they CANT understand english... So wheres the point in having them around if they cant participate on the server, except for spoiling RP.

Simple solution: Translate the rules commodity to various other languages. Considering the various different origins people have here, I doubt that would be too much to handle to solve this.

If anyone claims they do not know the rules because of bad english, they have no excuse.

If all else fails, tell them to learn some basic english or don't break the rules. Of course they can't understand the rules so you have a slight issue there..
