A suggestion. Perhaps you should order your new recruits, and some of the lower ranking players, to stay away from NY? It's a bloody cesspool and unless you're very careful with what you say and do, you may get in trouble both inRP and ooRP.
Apart from that, maybe restrict your recruits to unarmoured Mk I fighters for a few hours. It's how a lot of factions find out whether or not their recruits are worth keeping.

Not to sound like an absolute royal bottom here but, maybe a little something for Pandemonium to considder. In several threads, you tend to look pretty quick tempered and agressive. Now i don't know wether thats just me, but it makes the entire raven faction look bad. Might wanna watch that?

Emon - I agree would be nice. However currently, I'd rather have them let the cowards run. I will change it eventually. First they MUST learn to SPEAK to their prey and learn the art of toying before killing. There is little honor in killing someone that very well could simply be trading and asleep at the helm. I've been attacked that way once... I was quite upset. Good point and I will think it over before letting the dogs loose.

Orin - I will get to that, as you said, later. For now I have them this way for space. It is long as heck already, so I'm trying to keep it as short for now as I can, for reading at least.

Jake - As already pointed out, I have limited them. As much as many see New York as a pot of crap, I see it as a testing ground. If you can stay out of trouble in New York, you will more than likely do fine in other systems. This is part of why it is so important people send me the times my guys get out of line. I can't do anything if I don't know who it is. Though I must for the record say, I have STILL not gotten even ONE report of this. I'm getting tired of hearing it. Back it up people, don't ask me to fix things You won't help me with. I can't be everywhere at once. And I can't read minds. Send me the PM. I WILL get on them with a big stick. Give me a chance, Then complain if I don't do it good enough.
But no...they will still have access to NY, for now.
As for them having smaller craft to start, I am working on this currently actually. I also run intot he problem that many of my new recruits are already established pilots some well known some not so much. Each of these people has gear they wish to bring to the table. I am working on a means to make this work more efficiently, however it is going slow. It is on the table being worked on though.

As a whole very much even it is quite good. On mine it is necessary to edit diplomacy. It is impossible that RH would be simultaneously both enemies as [RHA] and friends as HT. Most likely piracy fractions are better for placing in neutral, except what it is direct in yours ZOI, such as LR, LH, Molly and BLS.

I agree i am connected to this thread as in im a Raven but this is not a pre proposal feedback thread of me it is of the Role play feature we are working so hard to get right with your help. it is good to have suggestion on how ravens should interact inn game ie no OOC Crap in sys chat etc . which I think we are starting to turn around like today I was in NY Rping with Bounty hunters and figthin them then a LN Dread turned up and owned me now b4 i wud have mutted oorp crap like'' u noob how can you do that, be a man and fight me in a fighter ETC'' but to day i didnt do that i Took my DEATH LIKE A MAN swallowed my pride and said something INRP like I shall return to curse and feed on you once again ETC . so you see i admit in the past I have been a A**H**E to ppl but i have changed my ways and aim to RP better a raven . and so not gonna tallkk OORP crap anymore or get mad on forums or At least im gonna try its hard for me i have a reqal life anger problem so me admitting this and how im gonna change it is a big step. so please how bout sit back and watch this frame for now ...... please get back on topic ~I have given u a pound of flesh

Anyways, Jake brought up a pretty cool idea with the Mk-I fighters. Making new recruits (established pilots or not) fly one around for a day or two will weed out the chaff. Why? Because you can't PvP in those, it will prove if they can RP in a capable manner. That's the most important thing.

Anyways, it's a little rough, but it works wonderfully in the end. The Lane Hackers do it, and they have some excellent RP and structure. On a faction I run on another server I do it, and it's gone very well so far.

A hard point, but think about it.
