I installed iron cross but I'm getting an error about an missing file

EDIT: It seems that Ion Cross is very... un-vista friendly.

EDIT 2: Missing file appears to be in Windows/System32 I don't understand why it cannot find it.

I have no problem running Ioncross on Vista. Worst case scenario, re-install it, but first just try right-clicking the shortcut, select properties, go in the Compatibility tab, and check the "Run in compatibility mode for:" box, should help. Also, make sure that you copied the Ioncross GAMEDATA files that are located in the Discovery mod's folder, under the Ioncross folder, and copy them to the location of Ioncross (Usually in your Program Files, under Ioncross Freelancer Server Operator Mk.V.1).

The run compatibility mode is the first thing I do, this is a system file it is complaining about anyways.

OpenSP Discovery gives you the option of starting with like... 500 million credits when you activate it. If all else fails you can just buy it the old fashioned way in OpenSP.

But does anyone know why I'm getting this error, I checked in system32 and the file is there, comdlg32.ocx is what it's complaining about.
