Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I would like to inform you about a known pirate group [HoT], Horde of Terrorists or also known as Heap of Trash, that was seen docking at Freeport 1 after he had committed an act of piracy against an IMG| trader in front of Falster. The amount was 5 million for an empty 5000 standard units Stork.
Sadly, said Captain was too busy trying to save an Interspace Commander transport from getting pirated by keeping the pirate busy that he failed to catch visual evidence. Audio transcripts of the DSAce encoding are attached, though.
I thought you might still be interested in knowing that these HoT ships are using the Freeport, even though the visual evidence of crimes committed in O3 is missing.
The captain of the trade ship undock from Falster to find the HoT just jumped from O-7 to O-3. The pirate's first move is to put the shields up on Falster preventing the Stork from re-docking.

Subject: Freelancer under fire running to Freeport 1
Hey there,
Hope I'm using the write channels for this.. I'd like to report a freelancer by the name of Tobi.Reaper for endangering your base and personell.
During a routine patrol of the planet Sprague colonisation project we came a cross a Corsair Bomber who was endangering our construction teams. We had to remove him, at the same time as I forcefully removed the corsair bomber my wingman mr Peters was attacked by a freelancer by the callsign Tobi.Reaper.
The person had more often disrupted the construction efforts but this time he directly engaged us security personel. We returned fire and during the combat that ensued the attacker dragged us slowly but surely in the direction of Freeport 1. Moving into a freeport NFZ under fire is, as far as my knowledge of freeport security laws tells me, a direct violation of the security laws.
I hope you can shed your light on it and act in some way shape or form,

It's been a while, this report is certainly troubling in the extreme. I will be issuing a blanket warning to that group, unfortunately I am bound by my superiors in what I can do and without visual evidence I am unable to do more than that. You are indeed correct that the actions clearly taken by the Freelancer Tobi.Reaper in the visual logs you have sent me are in direct violation of the laws in place surrounding Freeport 1. Action will be taken against the offending party.

This evening while the BES Whitecliff and myselfe where on our trip back from Rheinland we encountered a Gaian near the Freeport.
Now that itselfe isn't anything special since the Gaian named Green Peace was well out of the No Fire Zone.
Suprisingly he did not fall for the money we offered to let us pass and opened fire on us.
Since we are Traders and not warmongers we turned around and headed back to the Freeport.
Again the Gaian stoped well out of the No Fire Zone.
Now after the Whitecliff and I restocked our Loads I went out to check if it was a patient terrorist.
Sadly to say it was, this time however he was parking right over the Freeport so to speak and thought no more of the Regulations.

Sorry to bother you again, but it is Jack Henderson again. It is about HoT, "Hordes of Terrorists" or "Heap of Trash" again. This time, I think I have convincing material for you to work with.
Situation: The IMG Borderworld Transport, IMG|Diamond spotted piracy 14 k from Freeport 1 in the direction of the Camebridge gate. Perpetrator was Executioner-[HoT] in a Roc Bomber. The target was REWE-Train, a Stork or Crane class transport that was destroyed by the hand of the pirate before it could make it to Freeport 1. IMG| Defense that responded to the IMG| transport's emergency call engaged the bomber that flew to FP1 and docked. IMG forces ceased fire and only documented the docking of the criminal.

And, it's me again. I apologize.
The same transport that was already caught in the HoT incident, was caught by another terrorist group, named Jokerz| at the Camebridge gate in O3. Two Jokerz| were on the O3 side, a Jokerz| gunboat on the Camebridge side.
They ordered the IMG| transport to drop the water it was carrying, so they could destroy it. The transport just flew off in the chaos.
We forward you this evidence, as it could well be that Jokerz| also base from the Freeport. If they do, and if you have data, you have proof of their criminal activities in Bretonia now.
The Commander of the IMG|Diamond missed the first demand that also stated that the cargo would be destroyed:

It all went down in chaos. The IMG transport was able to use the confusion of more contacts arriving to slip away.
Perhaps you find the intel interesting, I just thought it might be useful or get useful in the future and... I had the channel open still anyway.
And, I just received some archived material of a Jokerz| ship, actually one that was also participating in today's crimes, docked at Freeport 1. The guncam shot cannot be dated exactly, but it is archive material and was not taken in the last incident.
Had a run-in with an HoT pirate between the Cambridge Jumpgate and Freeport 1 last night. I saw him request money from a Samura Ryuujin, then destroy that vessel when demands were not met. Afterward, he turned his guns to me, and demanded 4 million credits - I talked him down to 3.5 million.
Here is the communication log, the only thing I could get, as my shipcams were not functioning until after the incident.

I'd like to report an incident that occured recently in front of Freeport 1 during our traderun to Snowdown. I will spare you the details of our trading routine and sum up the facts: The pirate vessel with the callsign Executioner-[HoT] disrupted us, attempted to extort 2 million per ship in our convoy and even fired a few shots on the BES Gladstone, all within 2.1K distance of Freeport 1.
You will find following files documenting the incident attached to the transmission:
His behaviour did not come as a great surprise to us, as he made a generally mentally unstable impression during our earlier encounters at the Cambridge gate and Douglas station, too. Although we did manage to escape without any damage, his unreasonable behaviour gives me reason to believe all the more that he poses a big threat to the inhabitants and visitors of Freeport 1, as well as bypassing tradeships.
I do hope that proper actions will be taken against this lunatic, seeing as he used the Freeport as hideout in an earlier encounter - to escape from a battle both of us were involved in.
