My Taiidan Bomber is rising up quickly in my opinion. Compared to other bombers with 58000 unit supply and 2400 u/sec regen, it has more agility.
I know the Praetorian, Challenger, Civvy have slower turn rates, I haven't tried the Rheinland bombers yet. But I do enjoy the reliabilty of the larger power supply and out of the ones I've used Taiidan performs great.
Call me old fashioned, but I really love my Eagle. It is inexpensive, has smooth lines, a decent power highly flyable and hard to hit in the hands of an experienced pilot. In my line of work, you really can't do much better than that. I've seen fancier ships but, to be honest, I couldn't see myself in the cockpit of one. I'm sure that their pilots would express similar reverence for their ships and I wouldn't dream of taking anything away from them in that area. However, the proof, as they say is in the pudding. Some go for the look of a ship, others it's specs. I feel that my Eagle is the perfect balance of form following function and it designed with that in mind. One just has to stay away from nuclear mines when flying.
I love my eagle, because when I am flying it, it feels like an extension of my body, reacts the way I want it to, turns when and where I want it too, and is overall perfect.
