I like it, but a few things look off to me.

Render's face in the foreground is really hard to see. Too much blur?

The green glow line skirting the inside cuts off on the corners. Not feeling it.

What is that part of the background in the middle? I can see the guns, but the rest looks like... I have no idea.

I've drawn her using a more muscular body frame than standard for a female character, more apt for male character in fact. But I think the result isn't too masculine, hopefully.
