Well, I will honestly take the blame for one of them, I did lead one. And participated in two total one day, but the other two I had no idea about.

The official factions were the ones who brought up this problem and discussed it. We will be starting to regulate faction and indy players when it comes to attacks/raids on Gamma from now on. We don't enjoy being cap spammed, so we sure as hell don't want to see our indies doing the same against the Corsairs. And we do NOT want to see it happening every other hour in the day.
I must say that I do not think it is only the Outcasts that are to blame. There is a lot of bad feeling on both sides, and I have encountered several "raids" on Alpha by (usually) independant Corsairs.
I think everyone should take a step back and realize it's a ficticious relationship, not a personal OC/Sair vendetta. Hell, go make a character on the other side, and experience it from their point of view...maybe even defend against the raids, to even the numbers.
Oh, and parking those caps about 2k from the dock ring is just...wrong...are you there for the fight, or for the kill?
I must admit, I do take some of the blame, I don't do 4 raids a day, but I try to organize one everyday, I have stopped.
One thing that needs to be addressed is a certain battleship that I know we all know who it is and shall not be named. The former is a missile Dreadnaught, and I have seen it on every single reported raid.

I do remember how Corsairs were getting hit by BHG GS/BHG BS spam 4 times a day for two weeks *cough*, yes it is irritating.
Yet it's in many ways not different than other similar stuff happening here and there ;)
But I agree with Derkylos, people should not take/make things personal.
Also one problem is that there is no real "buffer" zone. With Corsairs vs Hessian you get to Omega 5 and the other side either comes or doesn't, mostly they do cause they care about their base in the system.
If an Outcast is in Eta no Corsair cares at all... if a Corsair is there Outcasts care yes... but why would the Corsair go there when there are no missions to take and no place to restock at, he can as well go to Alpha...
About time it gets changed a bit there.

As long as ive played on this server, i've played OC. And alot of people can shout and scream about us. But we have never been cap spammers up till now. Could we please keep it that way. We have some pride to uphold. And the Corsairs we play against do a good job of making the fights we have fair and enjoyable for all of us. And they do this by keeping thiere caps in check. And trust me. The corsairs have cap ships, and lots of them. So lets not get back to the way it used to be. I personaly know what the outcome could be and has been with cap ships comming out of every crack in the ground. Its not nice.
