Hitomi!, Haruto! and all!

I just caught a glimpse of the latest news! It seems our whispers within the highest levels of Kusari Authority are beginning to bring fruit! And we may soon achieve "unofficial" approval to fly Kusari space!

Treasurer Ito Lei, our top money mover and negotiator for internal Kusari Affairs has at last managed a successful meeting with Hiro Tanaka, Kushiro's Finance Minister on New Tokyo! Very successfully too, it seems, contact me on private comms for details.

I'm waiting for a call from Ito to confirm the seal of our approval of "Unofficial Status" from the highest level within Kusari to allow the Black Dragons to operate, invest and further integrate within Kusari Society...

I hope this will come in the very near future, excepting unforseen circumstances. Please see attached report...

Konichiwa brothers. Just went through the Factions and tried to group Player factions with their association in order to help develop a better visual diplomacy chart for everyone

Just post here, or preferably PM me if I should change anything.

Edit: Changed the file host to megaupload, and changed attached the file directly to the forums to make things even easier:)
Some things are definately wrong, and I'll be posting an updated version in the near future.
