During the last couple of weeks, passenger ships have been under attack by an insane terroist by the name of Black Diamond. Here was my report I logged into the system:

"I will not go into too much detail as Casero already pointed out in his report. I was on patrol near the Bering gate when the transport Solar.Angel began a distress signal. We heard gunshots, people screaming and the assailant who is Diamond Black laughing. We rushed toward the coordinates of the distressed ship where hundreds of passengers and prisoners were held hostage by the pirate. We tried to ask him to give it up, however he was too close to planet Chisos as Casero already mentioned. We allowed the pirate to leave in return for the control of the transport, however he set the ship into crashing into the sun. We pursued however, the transport was destroyed. Casero and I quickly began rescue efforts but they were not enough to save all of the people that died on the transport. The injured are at Houston Medical Center."

This terroist struck again on the passenger ship Dreamscape, and Fear of Dark. With the assistance of DSE worker Alexander Shaw, and Detective Diego Larr, we have found some alarming facts and the going-ons about this psycotic man. I have many recordings of the talks I have had with the Detective, and Mr. Shaw so I will boil the discussions down to pointers:

1) Black Diamond is a terroist that worships a sacrificial god named Erebus.
2) Kills for this god, and we believe that he is part/head of a cult.
3) Has pirate allies such as the Mollys and Border World types.
4) Main command structure is "Erebus' Embodiment" and the three head cuiltists are Diamond, Sapphire and Ruby.
5) Cultists have been gathering supplies (Diamonds and gold), equipment and ships such as Raven's Talons and bombers from the Zoners. Also has a flagshp named "Flesh of a Fallen Angel" (An Outcast ship of the Destroyer Class)
6) Could be based near the Walker Nebula and was seen by an Ensign in the Bretonian Armed Forces.
7) New weapons called "Golden Sphere and "Diamond Cage" (Could be related to the buying of jewels.)
8) Nomads and a squadron called "Andamento squadron" is after Diamond.

These are pretty much the main points. Here I have attacked a series of recordings early in the investigations.

This is all the information I have on this subject. I have the recordings of all the talks I have had with the Detective and Mr. Shaw available to any officer who requests them.

Today, the LNS Dawn reported that a Kusari Battleship that has entered New York, specifically near the sun. I have asked for the ship to leave, however the Captain explained to me that the ship had no power and must 'recharge' their energy in order to activate cruise. After their energy has charged, the Captain explained to me the situation of her and her crew. They were the descendents of the Alliance ship Freedom, and through inbreeding, they have aquired a longer lifespan but to the cost of their appearance. They do not look like normal humans and have pointed ears with slightly purple eyes. These are the recordings I have taken:

I would hope that this be taken into serious consideration. All the Captain asks for is unhinderance from Liberty as she and her crew have the same enemies as us. Their homes were destroyed by nomads and pirates have played a terrible role in their lives. I have full confindence that the ship will not be of any harm to any lawful ship and will listen to Liberty's enforcement.

The impact timer was spinning towards zero without mercy. She was trying to keep her breath as calm as possible in order to extend the life support of her suit. But was it worth it? Nobody was replying on the Comm channels anymore. Not that she could possibly hear any transmission from the bulk of molten silicone and metal that was left from the command console nor from the short-ranged transmitter in the suit alone.She had to do it - it was time.

She quickly popped the helmet and reached towards her neck holding her breath - breathing what was left in the flier's atmosphere was not such a good idea - still, the bitter smoke of burnt plastic got to her eyes. She tore the medallion that was given to her by Razr.

It was a small, mediocre bulk of semi-modern mix of platinum and quartz. She closed the helmet back and took a deep breath. The platinum shell opened in her trembling fingers revealing a 12mm projectile bullet - standard armament of the Liberty Navy - it was "just in case". She slid the bullet into the barrel of her side arm and clicked loaded.

Houston was a minute away - the first atoms of its atmosphere were starting their attack on the shield-less ship creating a heavenly stream of sparks towards the nose. Was burning over her home planet the death sentence of her sins? She rose the pistol up....

The array of sparks at the ship's nose became a steady steam of fire that was starting to burn through the hull. It was definitely smaller than the one she remembered during the Great HF war a year ago when the majestic LNS-Nevada was shot down and burned over Los Angeles. 380 people crew did not have a chance. No less were the unlucky pilots that have seen the godly glow of her SA-Angelico heavy fighter's four archangel guns. She rose the pistol higher...

Should she trust the Navy as she has always done? Or, should she end this epic right there? She knocked at her helmet's glass with the tip of the barrel.

She aimed at the left junction of the front glass and pulled the trigger. The thunder amplified by the small space was deafening. Nothing -- just a small scratch on the window which was supposed to be able to take 2 or 3 plasma shots. It was worth the try...

She stared beyond the scratched glass - fifteen more seconds until ground impact. Instanly, it felt dark and cold as if the bright Texas Sun has disappeared. Was the shadow of death was upon her? She wanted to see her last moments.

An incredibly massive wall was moving down in-front of her - she recognized some of the machinery and markings. That was a docking bay of a Dreadnought-class ship. Syler!? The gravity kicked in instantaneously sending her poor excuse of a ship down towards the floor. Crash! Darkness!

The forces we had at Mitchell were not adequate to stop an Order fleet of this size. Sub.Lt. Winston ordered a retreat, however he stayed to hold them off. Kearsarge Matt and I looped back around, attempting to save his life however, we were all outmatched. The rest of the fleet has retreated safely, and were prepared to attack however the fleet had already left.

Also, my bomber has a guard tag while my fighter is nearly complete in fitting the new IFF and won't be long until it is complete.

Finally, a Zoner by the name of Shinwa has paid the 5 million credit fee for the Nomad license.

Sylar's boots rang on the metal beneath his feet as he walked through the docking bay doors.

The small Starflier class vessel was toppled over on it's side, 5 medical crew stood by as a squad of mechanics ripped the door from the airlock and poured inside.

5 seconds later they emerged again, carrying a woman in a full pressure suit, obviously unconcious.

The medical crew darted forwards and placed her on a floating hoverbed nearby, and proceeded to sprint towards the med bay across the corridor, already pulling the suit off of her, and prepping equipment.

Sylar stood there for a second, before following them, entering the med bay as they started a full physical.

3 hours later, her eyes fluttered open.

Sylar looked down on her, smiling.

"Welcome on board the Liberty Naval Ship San Francisco. How you feeling?"

She blinked, before opening her mouth to reply.

Darkness...

Prison cell... A black leather bed with metal poles at both ends and straps everywhere... Pain... Blur... Darkness...

"... minor concussion. Internal bleeding in the left forearm. Get the surgeon over here to..." silence again...

She felt someone touching her eyelids. Bright light on the left and then on the right - it blinded her for several seconds. When her vision cleared, she saw a dark-haired man in a familiar leather uniform with Captain insignia.

"Welcome on board the Liberty Naval Ship San Francisco. How you feeling?"

She was not confused - more like extremely dizzy.

"I'll be alright" she replied. "That was some maneuver, you did. Thanks for saving my life!"

"My pleasure, but don't get a habit on that." he smiled but he did not receive one in response.

Her thoughts were racing - rage mixed with desire for revenge. Somewhere in between a fear was taking part - she had lost everything - her command, her ships, her friends.

"I see an LN plaque on your uniform, captain. I may have missed some, but I assume this is Liberty Navy?" she asked in a firm voice. It felt weird, has it been that long?

"Yes ma'am. The South Alliance, as you know it, merged with the Northern Alliance forming the Liberty Navy. This is de facto the iron hand of the Sirius Sector".

"I would imagine so" she smiled unnoticeably. "We spent long days at the Connecticut Proving Grounds with them... NA i mean" - yes things have changed. "I need to speak with the admiral of LN, could you arrange that?"

"Yes, I could... actually, many things happened in the three hours you were out." he waited for a response but did not get one. "A meeting was held between the Leadership Command of the LN in order to discuss your possible reintroduction."

She was looking at him with a stone serious face. "I would predict that I am stripped of my rank and given the standard sign-up bonus of ten mil?" Styler's eyes hinted a little surprise.

"Well..." she continued, "Things are not that different after all - I expected this." There was no regret in her words. Slowly, the rage in her was transforming into motivation. "So... that would make me an ensign, correct?"

"Yes, ma'am"

"In that case..." she raised her arm in a salute, feeling her torn skin move below the bandage. "Sir, please give my thanks to the body of command for allowing me to rejoin the ranks of the Liberty Navy! I will serve the LN with the best of my abilities."

He saluted back "Welcome back, ensign!" He stood there for several seconds and shouted "Get a medic over here!" Her right-hand bandage was dripping blood quickly.

Four medics stormed the room pushing Styler back and trying to attend their patient. When she looked back, he was already gone.

I mainly contacted you to let you know that we are hereby at war. I will continue to shoot down and imprison in my hold your men. I will keep said men in my cargo bay to ensure your missile Gunships should keep their distance. I would hate to have their deaths on one of their comrades hands, [/i]::Dripping sarcasm::[/i] of course.

Oh, and before I forget. Thanks so much for the Guardian. It is a very capable fighter. I'm sure the Dons will pay good money to add it to one of their collections. Good day, and know that death stalks you all. As I am flying one of your vessels, I can and will monitor your frequencies. If you have something you need to tell me feel free to speak up....::Maniacal laughter comes through as the signal cuts off abruptly.::
