Very nice. I would considder that a final.

...your skills at sig make are better then mine. As you can see from below I am more of a cut and paste man, although I like em. Are you going to do art for a living?

(Sharpened the pencil, lulz.)

Was a little blurry, now that I looked.

Edit: Would be a cool way to get by, but I don't think my eye for aesthetics is up to snuff. My stuff is admittedly weird for the most part. Who knows though, maybe someday.

Honestly I'm not sold on the pencil. Conceptually I'm not a huge fan because I don't think a pirates weapon of choice is a pencil, I really don't see that character using a pencil a lot in her everyday life and it's the future, the pencil doesn't look terribly futuristic, of course neither does the paper but i guess that was easier for me not to think about (also I dont know how much a pencil would change and become "futuristic"). Of course it is not my character so I can't really make these judgments.

Now I think another reason I'm not a huge fan of the pencil is it doesn't quite match the rest of the picture for me. I think if it looked more like it was drawn, like the character, it would fit in better. The other thing that bugs me is that the pencil has a shadow and the character does not.

Those are my quibbles, whether you agree with them or not it's still an awesome sig.

If you think we won't have #2 pencils and lined paper centuries in the future, you're delusional.:P(And Draya puts on a show. Cute and cuddly and <strike>always</strike> usually bubbly as hell. One might venture to guess she has no part in the Rogues, but her underlying reasons and moral convictions are powerful and wise beyond her years. Ask David Hale (JihadJoe) about her political arguments. So anyways, she would totally doodle on a college ruled sheet of paper with a #2 pencil. lulz.)

The pencil and paper are supposed to look completely real. The character is supposed to be seen as a drawing, and seeing as there is one right next to her, I thought that effect was pretty obvious. As you can see, I've got loads of pictures of her alive and breathing. (Heh, horrible quality render.)

And last time I checked, two dimensional illustrations didn't have shadows.:P

(Thanks for the thoughts. I had already mused over all of them though.)

Alright, I can accept all that, except one thing:

Although 2-dimensional illustrations dont have shadows they also do not exist by themselves in 3-dimensional space, they exist on a screen or a piece of paper, this one appears to be just floating there defying the laws of physics...

he he he, I laugh because I realize the ridiculousness of my argument but in all seriousness the the 2D/3D contrast bugs me.
