There has indeed been a change in leadership. Founder Tinkerbell has embarked on a journey and abdicated his leadership to myself and Deputy Arbiter Jack Crow. We operate in tandem in his stead. I am an engineered post-human construct; due to my nature I am best able to handle administrative matters and oversee operations. Crow is a man of the people and the steward of our covert organization.
