* write down your account ID
* uninstall the game
* delete any related files that are not automaticly deleted
* delete the mod from your FLMM
* delete FLMM
* reinstall FLMM
* reinstall the up to date mod into FLMM
* reinstall Freelancer from your retail CD
* reinstall the mod version from FLMM
* have the autoupdater update your files
* re-enter your account ID when asked for by the game
bad installation means that some files do not match the files they should match ( content, size ) - so either a file you have there was corrupted or got modified in a way. - the engine checks to prevent modified files that may be used for benefit. ( but i guess virus or other programs can sometimes also change the properties of a file when you re unlucky )
decided to try it with just reactivating the mod and it was already enough, thanks though. I still wonder how it could get modified within two hours of being shut down
