I like the eye, but I'm not too fond of the rest. In fact, I abhor that filter. Unless you're trying to make something look like a burlap sack, I don't get the point of it.
Bottom text is much too small, and the text on top looks a little sloppy because you cut off part of the Y.
The border is much too harsh in my opinion too.

@Exile - I bet he put a layer mask over everything and used a Wet Media brush to cut it out.

Kind of with Dop here. It looks really nice, but a few things ruin it. The filter for one, I can't stand. Maybe try a grain effect instead?

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.
