I think i will try the character role-play tonight in New York in a starflier and see how it turns out. Just hide somewhere and role-play it for a while.

And i'm looking for Dart pilots who could role-play with me, flying Scimitar light fighters as they look the most like the actual Wraith Darts, so if anyone wants a good job tell me:D. But make sure you got a good weapon combo for killing NPCs.

I don't really like imported roleplay. This is Discovery Freelancer, not Discovery Freelancer (and various other sci-fi shows/games).

Not everyone wants to play an NPC. Sure, but we players should still play something within the established freelancer world, instead of introducing new factions and groups for the purpose of being unique.
