Thank you Director for granting me an Agent status. I try my best not to relieve the company of paying my monthly salary by dieing. I'll file in the papers right away for Manta and a bomber. I find the bomber especially needed when operating out there. I'll report in when I have received the ships.

On to the report. I was in the vicinity of Trafalgar searching for Bowex's AND Aetherworld's target General_Specific. I realized that he had eluded me this time and went on to patrol the Bretonia and Liberty systems. I came a across a Mandalorian Merc MM~Ge'tal.Gra'tua and we decided to pool our strength in this patrol. I flew ahead of him to California while he had some errand to run in Leeds before being able to join me.

In California I got contacted by Battleship Yukon to check out a target outbound to Cortez. I radioed in with the Merc and we decided to flank him in Cortez. Mandalorian was coming from Magellan to Cortez via a jump hole when he spotted our target in Magellan while en route to jump hole and stopped him. He was just a civilian, but the IFF transponder was transmitting a hostile and his ship of choice was odd.

Seeing that he was outbound from Liberty and was carrying a small amount of contraband we realized that our charter for actually doing anything about the whole issue was pretty flimsy, we decided to ask him nicely to drop the cargo in exchange we promised to not to reveal his identity.

Me, Alpha, and Banjo were running around Bretonia space to find some elusive Corsairs. After a while we found them.

Was quite the meeting. The BAF and a merc joined in on the fun as well. BAF lost a ship or two. On our side Alpha went down somewhere in the fight if I recall correctly.

eventually I managed to crawl behind Lucas Benitez and I lit him up like a cheap christmas tree.

When the Benitez brothers were dealt with we got a call that there were more scumbags to kill further down the tradelanes. When I say "more" I mean "lots more". A Gaian Osiris (?) a a handfull of lunchboxes were dealing out death quite bad.

In my LF I could do nothing else than drop mines like crazy and try to draw fire to let the bombers to their job. I succeeded pretty good on the second part. I was blown up like nobody`s bussiness... once again...

Director,

As a summary of my first day on the job i have included my ship log, filtered for encounters to save time reading. See end of message.

Minor pirating through out Bretannia as a whole, only notable incident happened in Omega-3 when Banjo lead the charge on a Corsair Gunboat, SSID Panchi, resulting in the gunship fleeing.

From the minor pirating encountered, 8 Lane Hackers, 16 Gaians, 2 Hessians and 12 Corsairs where deposited in Sheffield. No bounties on any of them, got a standard fare for criminals.

As a note, I receieved a transmission from a BOWEX vessel requesting aid, i was not able to make a locations for the vessel in need, and i was unable to re-establish communication for further information.

The incident in Omega-3 was surprising to say the least. It's the first time a GB has fled before couple of fighters. I was hesitant to engage the Corsair since neither I nor Mr. Page did possess great firepower. Especially Mr. Page had only 2xBravos and 2xWinchesters loaded. I gave him money and took him to Leeds after the incident for him to get a pair of Improved Debilitators.

Attachments include most of the conversation we had with the said Corsair. I wish others we hunt would be as easy as him. Too bad we didn't get to cash him in. Our GB Stix tried to catch him later in Omega-3 but the 'Sair fled once again, this time to Freeport 1, even before I got my ship on the scene.

I am grounded on new london until a replacement ship and equipment can be obtained.

My black-box was damaged in the combat above New London with corsairs when i had to eject, so i am unable to provide any logs of any kind.

Here is a summary of what happened today:
- Escorted S/D-Connor.McCloud to Sheffield Station,

- Assisted S/D-Connor.McCloud with equipping his vessel.

- Entered Omega-5 to assist S/D-Feral with Corsairs.
When i caught up with Feral, server corsairs were pursuing his fighter, I launched cruise disruptor at pursuer and attempted to flee the sector with Feral.
Feral exited into Cambridge, i was badly damage and my ship shut down before entering the Jump hole.
When i drifted through the jump hole i was tractored aboard Feral and taken to the nearest dock.

- Reporst of Corsairs in Omega-3
On route to investigate from London, i was ordered to group at Battleship Norfolk by S/D-Surma
Formed up on Sumura with Connor McCloud and entered Omega-3.
On patrol through Omega-3 Connor McCloud 's Sea Serpant recieved system errors and was forced to return to dock.
Proceeded with Sumura to the Ice Field before contact: Grimly
We engaged target, more corsairs joined the fight.
Minutes into the fight Sumura's gunboat exploded, and shortly after that i had to eject myself.

- I later undocked from battleship Norfolk when i was treated for minor butns by military medics.
I proceeded to New London.
whilst flying in orbit of New London, BAF officers requested aid dealing with Corsairs, i assisted. Sumura was also part of this flight wing.
Several Corsairs where destroyed. Some BAF pilots where lost. I was forced to eject again with my pod drifting towards New London.
I was unable to establish communication with Sumura, unknown outcome.

I await here until a ship with proper equipment can be obtained. The dealer estimated 1-3 days for delivery. Should i receive this equipment early i will join you all in the black soon enough.

Director's Briefing

Some of you are probably wondering why APM crews have been aboard the station in recent weeks.

Simply put, the size of the agency has outgrown its humble roots. A more secure and permanent base is near completion in a location in the Omegas. The Doghouse is being dismantled.

Key modules of the Doghouse will be merged with the new structures. Your nav maps will be updated shortly. While you may attached some sentimental value to what has been home for so long, I can assure you all that the Doghouse will live on in spirit, if not necessarily in name.

This means some changes in our operations. On the plus side, it affords us the opportunity to avoid becoming too enmeshed in the war between Bretonia and Kusari. It also means that the considerable increase in Corsair raids deep into Bretonian territory will no longer pose a threat to what is essentially a civilian station. Our new base will be resistant to all but the most extreme of attacks.

The base will also allow us the opportunity to co-ordinate our activites more closely with Guild Core Operations. In light of this, the defense of this base requires we create a significant defense grid, comprised of mobile weapon platforms and large combat vessels. Materials have been ordered. Gun crews are being trained.

Agent Cletus "Banjo" Behn is promoted to the rank of Senior Agent. He has shown good leadership skills and we are optimistic that his role in co ordinating hunts in the future should result in more effective operations. And hopefully fewer death among our recruits.

Our recruitment and promotion policy is undergoing a considerable overhaul. You will be notified of progress as soon as is feasible. The contracts manager also informs me that a review of our standard operating procedure is overdue as we are in danger of becoming over-stretched.

As requested, a complete report on activities along the Line over recent weeks.

We were ordered to counter M26 incursions into Cambridge and deliver a message to Corsairs seeking to take advantage of lax BAF patrols in the ice-fields.

Our mission began several weeks ago. Cambridge orbit had reported the presence of two M26 vessels. We engaged and eliminated both. Thankfully, they had not co ordinated their attack, and made easy targets individually.



The next few weeks were relatively quiet.

Several days ago, a M26 was spotted engaged in piracy near the Wilkes field in Omega 3. We engaged and pursued to the Freeport. Respecting the no fire zone, we powered down. However, our target continued to destroy civilian ships directly next to the Freeport.



Having received clearance from the station staff, I gave the order to fire.

The ship fled. However, earlier today we had the good fortune to encounter him in Cambridge. He was so involved in robbing the innocent that he proceeded to attempt to extort money from my crew.



The rest is straightforward. We blew the ship to pieces.





Three no. M26 Class Corsair Gunboats destroyed since operations began.

Today i have been hunting Corsairs in Omega 5 and have goten myself into abit of a mess. The jumpholes are guarded by massive amounts of Corsair forces, and i can not break through with my Hammerhead.
I am hiding in one of the corners of the systems. I was earlier engaged multiple times by corsair ships and my ship is heavily damaged, requesting *static* assistance immediately. Most of my systems are fried, my weapons can not be repaired, my shield generator has been damaged and is only working at 20% capacity.
My left engine is gone, and my right engine has been damaged.
I am requesting assistance immediately, my life is at stake *static*. I don't know how *static* before the cor*static* find me, but i really need the *static* assistance.
OH GOD NO! A corsair dread*static*.

I presume that Mr Mitchell has been captured by the corsair forces or killed in action.

A few words

There is a saying. No Strontium Dog ever died of old age. We can hope though.

It is with some mixed feelings that we announce today the retirement of Senior Agent and Guild Core Journeyman Wes Cutter, known to you all as Feral.

Agent Cutter retires today having completed a grand total of 27 contracts against major criminals from all corners of the galaxy. He imprisoned hundreds of minor thugs from Shikoku to Sheffield. He was beaten, stomped on, burned and bruised, and he still got on with the job without acting like a whiny little bitch, like some I could mention.

In recognition of the fine reputation he established for the Agency in its infancy, and in order to honour his diligence and hard work, we are pleased to announce that the Sirius Crime Commission has granted him a full pardon for the various criminal misdeeds he committed before putting on the S/D badge.

He has amassed a small fortune for himself and earned the first creds that paid for the seats you are all sitting on. We wish him well in his future life. I understand he wants to return to his place of birth and become a farmer on Houston. He mentioned something about getting married, but I nodded off when he just went on about it.
