Title says it all. I was looking at an outcast and lane hacker faction but they're both pretty dead with a backlog of application requests and not much in terms of server activity. I love to smuggle in my pirate transport and was hoping to find a faction to do it in, but now I've got no clue who is still active on the server.
Can someone with a more up-to-date knowledge help me out?

I actually applied to the BLS, but whoever approves their applications is MIA. I got a PM from someone saying they'd get another person to look at it but I don't think anything came of it:(
Since when do members of the Junkers Congress pirate?
As it seems you missed the point he wants to pirate and smuggle,
so I really think the "-=- The Independent Junkers Movement -=-"
would suit him well - and we're also pretty active.
If he will become one of us he still could supply the LR's with needed goods,
or salvage debris for your guys that's left over after an assault or whatever;)
