Instead of just renaming the faction, and re-posting it, as per the SA and several other major factions in the
past, Swiss came to the community to ask you all if you were happy with it, and to give everyone a chance
to check the status and diplomacies.
Now if you are all happy with this, he can re-post it. You can keep this thread going if you wish to continue
to discuss the diplomatic relationships with other major factions.

sorry for a rather slow response, but id like to point out that the Hellfire Legion and the Bs| were on friendly-allied terms with one another, partly becuase they shared similar interests. (the Hellfire Legion is directly involved with nomads, hybrids [taurvi was created amidst the HF, same for my nomad] just like the Bs| are, the HF also study the nomad species on a whole, learning everything they can about them, interacting through Taurvi or Sekhmet to learn more about the hybrids, and also the fact that this was a rather long alliance [around years or so, ever since the start of the HF i think], and are also working to rid the corruption within liberty, whethere tat is either caused by infestations that may be present, or by greedy and spiteful politicians/military leaders).

My question is simple. Where does this place the HF at in terms of diplomacy with the new Order| faction?

this faction is just a re-name and a spice up of Bs|.

The diplomatic stuff posted was a direct copy and paste from the Bs| faction post.

However putting Lane Hackers as friendly-allied might be a bit odd as you are direct allies with the outcasts.

Firstly, congratulations on posting this name change publicly, makes a change from the usual 'We have switched names while you were sleeping' type thing.
On another note:

Really do despise factions taking on the name of their NPC faction, it just gives off the feeling that everyone who is not in that player faction is not part of the NPC faction.
Not only that but when you refer to your faction as the primary fleet and everyone else as simply being a secondary support fleet, you are actively calling them inferior.
So yes, there's one Osiris which has no intention of recognising the Order| as the main fleet.

well, putting it that way, the HF arent exactly pure hackers. sure, they work under the Lane Hacker tag, but they are all ex military, and their ideals are rather different than those of the general lane hackers. putting it this way, the HF are an unlawful military given a safe haven by the lane hackers.

however, if thats the way you wish to go, i have no problem. illl bump you down to neutral on our list too then. good luck with the order by the way:)
