Keeper's.Adun has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 10/02/2009 for:

5.3 Attacking characters of level 29 and below is prohibited. Characters under level 30 cannot be attacked by players of any level, except if they have non-Civilian ID onboard, and except cases of self-defense.

Consequences: Fined all credits and guns, notifications in hold

Notes: Thou shalt not attack level 26 starblazers, nor in fact anyone under level 30 unless they can dent your shields or they have a non-civilian ID. This one couldn't hurt you, you've got a Nomad Gunboat. And it did have a civilian ID. Your faction leader has been informed and all evidence required submitted to him for his own perusal.
