Where can I find the following:
Reaver Mk III (Class 9 Gun, Bounty Hunter)
Adv. Splitter (Class 9 Gun, Bretonia)
Class 10 Heavy Fighter Shields
Enhanced Thrusters

and perhaps a Class 5 turret with a 700m/s projectile speed?

Also, can someone maybe tell me why the Buckshot seems to be on everyone's ship?

Shield and thruster-wise, check the guard system of the npcs faction you're associated with.

Just be careful not to get caught in someone else's guard system looking for stuff, you are KOS with no warning.

No, Guard Systems are heavily fortified systems "guarding" the faction's personal main bases, or so it's supposed to be.

In practice, Guard systems are used by the factions owning that system as training grounds, equipping posts, and general goof-offery (as in the SCRA case).

Why would you put Bretonian and BHG weapons together on the same ship? I'd suggest going w/ whatever faction you're going for. If it's a Bounty Hunter, pick up a set of Buckshots. Good punch, decent refire and speed.

Splitters would be good for a Bretonian...same reasons as above. In both cases, you have the added benefit of being within RP parameters.

Buckshots can be found on Bounty Hunter Bases in Manchester and Omega15, while Adv. Splitters can be found in the Leeds system planetside.

Yeah, if you're going to visit a guard system, you should really visit your own. Otherwise it could be problematic.

What sort of affiliation does the character you're looking to equip have? That should make it easier to point somewhere specific.

I'm a Merc that fights for Bretonia and Liberty, while carrying out Bounties on Pirates.

So the Gaurd system is something like ?? (is Leeds one? cuz I've been looking around Leeds)

And I looked on Leeds for the Splitter, and couldn't find it.

Guard System Jump Holes are found in some of the more obscure places. When you enter a guard system, you will be attacked by any hostile guards. You need to be green with a faction to avoid problems with the guards. Guards are powerful, and will kill you if you're not careful.

Give me an example of a Bretonia Guard system.

I get the faction. I saw it on my rep list. Bretonia Armed Forces Guard. Do I need to be friendly with the Bretonia Armed Forces? Or the BAF Guard before I can go in the system?

The BAF Guard system is Salisbury. If you have the BAF Guard listed on your faction rep sheet and they are neutral to you, you can go in the system without the npc's attacking you. If you are red, I wouldn't recommend trying it, and you won't be able to land anywhere anyway.
Also, most factions jealously guard their home systems, so if you don't have a VERY good reason for being there, you will be escorted out quickly, that's if they decide to let you live.....

Good luck out there.
