Well touched base with the Armoury yesterday and dropped off my cargo from the Iota mission to them. Hope those R&D boys and gals like those new toys. I got my crew back board and we are once again off. Made my way to Freeport 9 to begin searching for the Eta jump hole. Once located I will begin system mapping. I'll see about bringing back some samples for our labs. Will report again once I have something to report.
The whole Benitez family showed up. so BAF went in to teach em a lesson and asked me to tag along. So I hopped in the Fireball and went along. we found a big furball of canniballs near planet cambridge. the lunchbox was obviously the first to go. my SNAC delivered the final blow. the rest of the Benitez family was soon blown away. I wasn`t even blown up!
then the Hessians came and things went downhill...
Hopped in me Manta for some anti-fighter combat.
my engine had a lot of ion-issues so my targeting was off. and those crates they fly are nimble. and they are proper pilots. and thus I once again ended up a fireball...
BAF got slaughtered afterwards I heard over the comms. those Hessians are a bunch of aces.
Here are the shots of the earlier mentioned GB kill:
Item 1 - Interception and destruction of enemy ships as per Core Directive 66/816
We suspect the Corsairs have a shipyard facility of a size we may not have yet considered. The M26's are nasty brutes - well-armoured and armed. But they are vulnerable. The Order utilises the ships in Omicron Minor.
Omicron Minor - Order M26 - Buck.Rogers despatched through judicious use of an antimatter cannon.
Omega 3 - Corsair M26 - ThirlawaY must never have regretted traffic jams so much as when he found himself stuck in one with our plasma eating into his hull.
Diablo_Blanco, Legate-class Corsair Dreadnought, fell into a well-prepared trap. Lured into attacking The Stix and The Firewall, the captain didn't notice that The Mourningstar entering after a hyper-jump from Kappa. The pictures tell it all.
A fine victory against a obstinate commander who refused to believe that several smaller and organised ships could rip up his lugubrious hulk.
The Firewall and The Sentry were ambushed by a large force of Corsairs in Omicron Theta. The overwhelming odds were unlike anything we have ever seen.
We request additional Core agents for retaliatory strikes against the Corsairs. They are jeopardising Core activities by supplying the Order with weapons and ships, and they engage in hunting of the Nomad creatures. They may be attemtping to use modified nomad weaponry. We cannot let them surpass us. It could threaten the balance of power across Sirius. Clearly, the trade in artifacts originates in these systems.
Again, we are indebted to the commanders of The Fool's Errand and The Mourningstar.
SEVEN no. M26 Class Corsair Gunboats destroyed since last report.
ONE no. Legate Class Corsair Dreadnought destroyed since last report.
The (KC/Ent)KutCor violated Omega-56 security space and refused to pay a fine for doing so. This pilot appears to have scanned certain information from our operations and is attempting to convey our defense information to our enemies. Any S/D pilot finding this craft anywhere in Sirius is free to engage him after informing him that he is wanted for espionage against the S/D.
(You will receive a special payment of 500,000 credits for his destruction.)
Please remove this person from existance.

OK, we are back from out mapping and sample run from Eta. That place is a mess. A flippen war zone. How is it that the OC's and the Sairs have time to do anything else, when they are constantly battling each other in that dang system. We spend more time fending off attackers then actually mapping. Which means I have plenty of "samples" in my hold.
First thing first here is the location of the Eta jump hole in Omicron Theta
Not sure how many times I have wandered passed it and not seen it. Now when we jumped in we were immediately set on by this lovely group of folks.
Once we settled the fact that we were staying in Eta with these boys and girls we started our mapping run. Once of the first things you will notice when jumping in the this nice field of rocks
Now you can see by this the OC's like their missiles. We used up an entire magazine of counter measures on this trip. Now we encountered patrols all along the west side of the map. The east side is devoid of patrols and much of anything else. Not even a cloud to hide in.
Here is the full map of the system
You can see on the map that the mine field is very extensive, and is situated between the OC base and the Theta jump hole.
We are currently waiting to touch base with either the Weapons locker or the Doghouse to transfer prisoners and a few OC's weapons that are in the hold.
One final note. When will the police and military learn that we hunters carry prisoners. Coming back I must have had to blow off at least 5 patrols asking me to drop 'em. Even the RM in Omega-15 tried to stop us. We are bounty hunters, we collect prisoners to get paid..geeze.

As I docked out from Battleship Nolfork, a trader asked for my help. A Corsair was terrorizing the Traders at Planet Cambridge. I headed there, where I found. He was pilotting a Praetorian, the fight seemed very easy because that fool didn't have SNAC.
On my way to Stuttgart I've met with another trader who asked help, against a corsair, again. He was Andreas Gomez, he was pilotting a Praetorian as most of the Corsairs, but he had SNAC. Fortunately I got help from Jake Holden and I successfully hit him with my SNAC.
After these corsairs we headed to Omega 7 because we heard about a Wild, who was destroying Ships. He didn't cared with us, because he was fighting against a pilot, a Spaital, so I could easily hit him with SNAC.
Later Holden and me flew after some Corsairs becuase we heard that they were chasing a Bretorian. Finally we reached them in Omega 49. Our first target was Chakana who I easily hit with SNAC, then Loco too. The last target was Mexican Power, who managed to hit Holden' ship with a Mine and destroy it, but he couldn't escape from my SNAC...
Now I'm relaxing on Gran Canaria and drinking cocktails...

Well handed over the contents of my cramped hold to the weapons locker. We will be gearing up to go on our next exploratory mission here in the next day or so. I have not yet decided on a target. Will notify when I get where I am going. Now if you pardon me I have to go find my crew. They apparently went on a 2 day bender and have taken a shuttle to Durban station to drink that bar dry like they did Capetown.

Just a quick note - there is at least ONE independant bounty hunter with some sense of responsibility.
Markus_Escort, flying an Orca gunboat, made a donation to the upkeep of the Omega 56 facilities.
This being such an unusual event, I thought it worth noting.
Oh, and it should also be noted that so far we have brought in $1,000,000 credits in fines from trespassers, have a $4,000,000 credit payment on the way, and have seen one very confused and lost Liberty Rogue gunboat reduced to something smaller than dust during Guard system operations.

(KC/Ent)KutCor has paid his little ($4,000,000) fine for entering into Omega 56.
His computer files were examined and certain data was altered so that in the event it gets to the Order - they'll be in for a QUITE unpleasant surprise. The next two rounds of drinks at Sniffers for all S/D pilots are now covered by this 'donation'.

Well took me an additional day but I got them boys sobered back up enough to load up our supplies and depart. I would like to apologize for the distinct lack of alcohol on board Capetown. Seems my crew can really tie one on. Thankfully the current hang overs are keeping them away from the bar here at Kurile. That and I code locked the hatches.
Current mission is still an unknown. We will either be going into Omicron Beta or Alpha. It depends on deep scans and a few certain other factors. I would like to investigate a few of the systems off of Beta, but I need to do some research about them first. Although if I headed into Alpha I will be moving on to Omicron-90 to investigate more of the Nomads and their potential ties with the Outcasts. Will report once I pick a destination and course of action. For now I need to run combat drills with these sorry apes. Maybe that will help their hang overs. Although the klaxon alarm is gonna hurt the first few times.
