I have a couple of issues with this, and I assume that's what in this thread is all there is (i.e. that deals with KNF/KSP/BD/AFA has not been made):
Quote:5.) Though we operate out of the Naval Forces and State Police Chain of Command, Respect they're wises. If the ship/person in question is carrying Artifacts, Nomads, Wild, or Nomadic Weaponary. You are to take control of the situation.
According to current RP, Sulu - the head of KNF - is the Shogun (as seen in the Emperor's bio), and the head of the KSP (Kenzo) is the Machi-Bugyoh, both directly subordinate to the Emperor (and in the case of the Shogun, probably only nominally so). There is no 'out of command' and still in KNF/KSP. This needs to be sorted out with the Council of the Rising Suns (that is, the leadership of the Kusari lawful and semi-lawful factions). Why would a KNF/KSP officer submit to you unless you have arranged that with their faction leaders?
Also, the artifact trade is controlled by the Hogosha. If you turn the Hogosha hostile by cracking down on one of their main incomes, I would expect most of Kusari to turn unfriendly - they have a lot of influence at the court. I cannot really see funding through the military or civilian chain coming without approval from the court, and the court would not approve what amounts to a war against the Hogosha.
Quote:7.) Operations outside the Zone of Influence are to be reported directly to the Daimyo for permission to carry on. However, Operations that involve chasing down and destroying an Alien target can proceed without permission from the Daimyo.
11.) If an Alien vessel is spotted within another House space, contact the authorities of that house and ask if they require assistance. If they do not respond, deploy over there quickly.
You are going to bring KNF/KSP IFF+ID:d ships into other houses? Bad idea. Keep to Kusari.
Quote:9.) Any Civilian, Un-authorized Naval/Police Personnel, Traders, Smugglers, Pirates found near the White Dragons base of operation are to be turned around by any means necessary. Destruction of target ship is last resort. Alien/Paranormal Threats are to be destroyed on sight.
This, as well, needs to be taken up with the current inhabitants of Kusari. We're talking of officers murdering civilians, as long as this is not in the Kusari laws.

ok as far as the unlawful lawful ratio thing goes just ignore what i said about it i was going by bad time zones and i apologise for that. But when im around i ussually only see a max of 2 or 3 on but theres like 6 to 8 baf around.
Anyway if you going to be helping other houses you should only do it in the border worlds and you should probably avoid helping bretonia.
About the stopping the artifact smugglers like wrath said you shouldnt stop the hogosha.
Wouldnt the Corsairs be neutral due to there alliance with the FA and hogosha? Unfriendly seems odd to me.
Ive had enough of disco for now. I might be back at the next mod release.
The Master of all things cyborg
The whole point of the White Dragons is to be a Pre-"Order" faction. The Order was suppose to protect Sirius from the Alien threat of the Nomads. Until someone screwed that up and put The Order facing BHG.
Also, where the destruction of Civilian/Naval/Police near the base of operation is pretty much what LSF does when someone un-authorized enters Zone-21 and Alaska. When I say "By any means Necessary, Destruction of vessel should be the last resort." I'm just saying, if they heed to your warning and leave, you can take them down.
For helping other houses, if they need help. We'll help. That's why we send the transmission first.
About the Artifact Smuggling, If you noticed in the WD's History it says "Rumors also state that the White Dragons also work with the Hogosha to get a supply of artifacts for research, but that is all classified."
However we're not stopping Hogosha IFF'd or ID'd ships. We're stopping the Gaijin trickle that is in no way, shape or form related to the Hogosha.
As far as the Corsairs go. I had 'sair players attack me, while my IFF was showing friendly. So with that being said, I'm taking an extra step to protect my members from Corsairs that are OORP.

The way I intend for this faction to be Roleplayed is how LSF (Secret Agent like.) and how The Order is suppose to be. (Protecting Humanity against Nomads/Alien Threats.)
Not some faction that the people should fly up to and have a converstation while Nomads/Keepers ect. are tearing up somewhere in the next, or two systems over.
Two matters, and I will defer to our esteemed Taicho for the rest..
Confiscating nomad tech. KNF is authorized a maximum of two retrofitted nomad weapons per ship. This little item could prove interesting when you encounter a certain Katana Wing bomber piloted by a certain Admiral of the Navy.
Ship list: Pardon me while I chortle. Battleships and Destroyers for a clandestine group? Do you have some cloaking technology the Navy is not aware of? Of course, if you plan to acquire the Kempeitai ID, then this won't be an issue, as they're not on the menu.

Please take notice that if you look at the Allowed Ships for the Ranks, you'll notice it only goes up to "Gunboat" for the highest ranking member.
