That is because OC have an inRP presence there. Corsairs do not. Although to be honest, they probably should be concentrating more on their own little war than gatecrashing ours.

Ok I've never been in liberty, never saw there swarm of outcast fighters, never been in omicrons, never saw them as empty space except caps sitting above Malta and chating about premiere ligue, never red infocards, yea I dont understand what Im talking about....... uh no actualy I've been in liberty and saw everything writen above and I think its pure crap.

Well actualy thats not true...
Both, sairs and outcasts have Liberty marked as best market for their goods (artefacts/cardamine)... so both sides should be presented in liberty as smuglers and their bodyguards.
Of course outcasts have alies here, thats what sairs havent but is that reason to spam NY with falcatas? I think presence of OC fighters here is only as wingmans of smugler OR if their alies call for help (attack on buffalo for example). Pure OC raids or lone OCs farting in NY are imo OORP.

Another reason for the heavy-handed Liberty approach comes from something as simple as stopping a smuggler or a lone pirate bomber then after a few minutes of RP we're ambushed by a force of 2-3 gunboats and multiple bombers/fighters. This might be why it sometimes seem we're quick to get to the pew-pewing especially if theres only a fighter/bomber or 2 that stopped your pirate. Yesterday we even had a Red Hessian Cruiser come up and open fire on us as we were RPing with rogue dessie we had stopped just off Planet Mojave in California. When you have stuff like that happening multiple times, you start to get a bit paranoid and bring extra firepower along with you if possible.
I agree that the Liberty lawfuls do tend to only be there for the ultimate pwnage of the helpless, it's all in the private chats and if you see it clearly ingame. But I do also know that other hardworking Liberty lawfuls get painted with the same brush.
