Of course outcasts have alies here, thats what sairs havent but is that reason to spam NY with falcatas? I think presence of OC fighters here is only as wingmans of smugler OR if their alies call for help (attack on buffalo for example). Pure OC raids or lone OCs farting in NY are imo OORP.

Anyway. New York is all about jumping on the first criminal you see with the armada. Boredom of limited ZoI and the chain of large population with possibility of interesting RP, something of a mix of both made it that way =/

there isnt any reason why should outcasts spam NY by their fighters if they arent presented as
a) bodyguards of smugler with cardi/suplies for alies
b) invited help (invitation by alies)

lone OCs or even OC raids into NY just because ehm well... I realy cant imagine any reason... is OORP imo

It is not my fault your imagination is so limited.

Since you obviously didn't notice, Outcasts have NPCs in Liberty. California (I think), Texas, and last I checked even parts of New York. Now, I won't argue with a Corsair smuggling artifacts to New York, and I won't even argue with it having a small escort of Titans, Arwings, or Decurions (nothing larger though), but they have no NPC presence anywhere nearby. The Outcasts, once again, do.

And if we're going to pull the "well I've seen this" card, I've been a witness of - and subject to - many variants of Liberty's excesses. As a Hacker gunned down by a swarm of capitals, a Hunter whose entire planned hunting trip was cut short by every goddamn pirate online at the time being in a gunboat (and let's see you solo a Rogue Gunship in a Manta), and an Outcast whose light fighter was swiftly turned around by a dreadnought.

(but kudos to that dreadnought for not chasing me or even trying to shoot at me when I decided it was in my best interest to leave and try again later.)

Ugh, statements such as this really depress me, even more so seeing as it comes from a Liberty Lawful...

There is no doubt that while Liberty is a cesspool of PvP, that does not mean every lawful is a dim witted cap spamming fool.

If you find yourself overly spammed by lawfuls, and a LN/LSF/LPI is part of the group attacking you, take multiple SS before and during the battle and report it to faction leaders. For the most part, all three of the aforementioned factions realize that spamming is a drain on fun, and won't try it.

Then again, both sides have a story. As I have both a LN and an Outcast, in particular, it seems for the most part that both sides have their misdeed. If anything, the Outcast forces are willing to gang more often (though the fact that 90% are indies may have something to do with it.)

Maybe those actually in Liberty and trying to help out would enjoy a thumbs up now and then instead of the constant "stupid ganging lawfuls. I'ma go to Bretonian. Liberty is teh sux."

Nothing worse than finishing a patrol (consisting of being ganged and having multiple forces attack different areas at the same time) and then coming onto forums to see that you're the bad guy.

I have a Bounty Hunter Manta. I know what you mean.

As I outlined in my most recent post, I've seen it from both sides. Ever had an IDed/tagged Starblazer shot down without a single word? I have, back before it was sanctionable to attack without warning - and I couldn't see the guy anyway because he attacked from behind, so I didn't know who it was.

As for the Outcast dreadnoughts/battleships/destroyers being idiots in NY... I'd appreciate if you forward that to me, as well. I can't guarantee a Scimitar Death Squad, as fun as that'd be, but I've got a few ideas. They're not just screwing with the Rogues' operations, after all.

I've had a LH~ tagged Dagger blasted apart by indy Navy many times. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it happens everywhere and Liberty is the heart of it.

Nothing against Liberty, independents, or combat. The server just needs a bit of chlorine in its pool sometimes.

Also, hey. Online gaming attracts the socially stunted. Big shock.
