Freeport No-Fire Zone Violations

Fellow Zoner counsellors, today is a tragic day for the Council and the authority over the Freeorts. On a journey through Omega 3 I visited Freeport one to get some food rations. I found a Corsair Gunship pirating traders right in front of Freeport 1 and against the capital ship restriction:



He managed to destroy my valued ship, the Kornephoros, because our reserve of repair drones was low. I'd advice to use a harsher tone, when talking to the Corsairs.

I am sorry to report that the Crater.Lake was destroyed moments ago by the selfsame Green.Hawk and a co-conspirator, who drew us away from the Freeport in a deceitful ambush. I have never in my long career with the BAF and the TAZ seen such concerted and cowardly behaviour.

The vessel Green.Hawk was again within the 10K radius of Freeport 1, and at the time, I was taking depositions from the two traders involved earlier, who were also in the system.

I admit, I opened fire on the Green.Hawk before fully informing him of his violation(s); but Kate reminded me to observe the formalities. (She and the crew are fine, by the way... a bit shaken up.)

The Green.Hawk then involved the Crater.Lake in a long stern chase, with the occassional ineffective missile fire. At one point, I even broke off the chase out of boredom, and made course for Freeport 1. But the Green.Hawk continued, to taunt, even being audacious to spout "2 mil or die, Zoner!" At another point, I slowed to standard and allowed the rather poor gunners onboard a chance at my stern. Again, with ineffective results.

My first hint of Hawk's "amigo", Tuco.Pacifica, another gunboat, was the trail of a battle razor charge across my bow. My crew did an outstanding job of staying on the Green.Hawk, but eventually this cowardly attack took its toll on the Crater.Lake's hull, and we were forced to abandon her.

I will make guncam footage available via FnordNet to Malaclypse, if the Council should require proof of these violations by Green.Hawk and Tuco.Pacifica.

Greetings gentlemen,

due to my daily supplying of zoner bases i had a visit at Gran Canaria. A molly ([MR]Andy.Mac.Ceallach) showed up, just a few metres away from the planet. He was trying to pirate me for 2 mil $ and opened fire on my ship inside the NFZ. He damaged my ship a lot, but i managed to dock at Gran Canaria to save me.

I can attest to Squire Ceallach's apology, although the [TAZ]Mal had undocked too late to witness the proceeding festivities.

I will however add that the presence of three Zoner vessels outside Coleraine, and my subsequent request to dock there and speak with the gentleman's superiors may have contributed to his "atonement"...

It was a pleasure working with Captain Burns and the other ZTC vessel. I commend them on their willingness to resolve the issue at the "local" level.

And Andy.. ya done good, "lad". I would just like to remind you that, however amusing the idea, Gran Canaria will never be renamed "New Cork".

This is IMG Miner Kossori, I would like to bring attention to two people who have within an hour's time made several violations.

The first of which occuring as my ship, and two others, were coming in to Gran Canaria Docking Stations to offload Niobium for processing and shipping. As you can see from the logs of Gabriel Nokom's ship, and of course my own. We were well within 10km of the planet. After I finished unloading my cargo, I hear Valdes over system communications once again. I launched to return to my mining location to find a KoF Transport and Valdes chasing within 7k of the planet.

Hello gentlemen,

yesterday i had an incident with the well known corsair pilot Green.Hawk. He tried to pirate a miner, just a few metres from the Freeport.
Green.Hawk didn't listen to me, but left the area seconds before i would had lost my patience. Beside i was talking to the Benitez Family, some moved to Theta and ordered Green.Hawk to move to Gamma asap, to explain himself for violationg Zoner Laws again. For me a better solution then to waste his ship.

I dont know what we should do, maybe give him a Freeport ban for the next time.

This fellow "Green.Hawk" has been reported numerous times for NFZ violations, and attacking Zoner vessels.

However, while he may seem to be an idiot incapable of understanding our very simple Freeport rules, we also have reason to believe that he has "colluded" with certain bounty hunters.

This pilot, along with his "accomplice" Tuco.Pacifico, are believed to have used their bountied status to enrich their own accounts by "staging" their own deaths.

Under those rather shadey circumstances, I don't think further bounties on these two scumbuckets is advised. However, once our election for a new Chairperson is completed, I will be most happy to suggest their complete permanent ban from all Zoner installations.
