Can't even ping the Freelancer RP 24/7 Oficial server... please help

I have windows XP service pack 3 installed, alongside with Panda internet protection 2009 antivirus.... until yesterday, i could connect to the server without any problems, but now i can't even ping the server... in the ping section appears -- ???? -- ... i tried everything from reinstalling freelancer to reactivating the mod with the workaround v1.0..... anyone has the answer to my prob ?.... please help guys....

hmm...welll since you cant ping the server....

try pinging another site

open "run"

type "cmd"

then type: ping www.google.com or another site...try a few sites...


also right click freelancer,

go to properties

and make sure this is in the target box

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\Freelancer.exe" -s82.113.48.5:2302


i would also try rebooting your computer

I have two chars.... an order pilot, Tzoky and a trader id, T's trader.... i admit, i tried to use the speed mod once..... (sry)...

That would be the cause of your minor problem then sir ...
