No need to translate all the rules, just translate one one line that says "English speaking server ONLY" into many of the common languages. Problem solved with little time wasted.

If you simply use the search option & you will find admin conformation repeated ad-nauseum in thread after thread after thread.

yep, but not at the expense of simply riding a bandwagon. The reasons why we stick to our guns on this have been said & resaid NUMEROUS times.
IMH (& personal) O, A solution could be for a person to make their own site 100% independent of this place, & gather people who can translate the rules in ALL languages (after all, if you take a bite of this pie, you have to include EVERY language on the planet to be 100% fair) & then, once the dozens upon dozens of translation documents are done, use skype to get the word out offsite in every toungue.
the English only rule on this server & forums will not change. (see that on the end? it's a period)
