Its a nightmare..can anyone please explain how to get the guard rep up?
What should i do with the navy missions?

Complete them? And a lot of them. It increases slowly.
Also, go to a place where they offer the most rewards, that is, most difficulty.
The more difficult it is, the more guard rep you get.

I don't know much about the Liberty lawful side, but i would suggest talking to someone like Megiddo or Mb52. ( who both have lawful caps with guard rep if i remember correctly)

Only way to get the LN guard tag is to take many many missions for the navy. Then once it is maxed out, go to the base of every faction which is also maxed and take/cancel about 4-5 missions to lower their rep.

Once LN Guard and LN are the only maxed out factions left, you may do the mission cancel thing and get the LN to neutral, so you lose their tag. Then once you do that, the LN guard becomes your tag (or should)

To get a guard ID you must be at max rep with the LN guard.

Got it. About the canceling, when i take a mission, should i just click on the nav map and abort mission or what?

Yes. You don't have to go out.. You can just cancel a lot of them in a couple of seconds, then F1, and repeat.

Can't help you there, sorry. But most of them are easy to find.

Um is there at least a list of every npc faction around? than i could just know what i need to visit...
And there is a strange thing..i have the navy green, but i have no navy guard in the list...

Could someone answer me this : i have the liberty navy green and blinking, but still there is no liberty navy guard in my rep list....
