You're going to have to make the decision quick, they're about due for a 40 day inactivity wipe, and being banned doesn't stop that. Post here about which one you want to keep.

my RH BS is going to share it with shadow (basicly give it to him since i dont RP in it much..)going to send him the key when he is online..

The Asar must go to Swiss to share as he sees fit, which means you will require it to be moved to a new account to which only Swiss has access for now. If you share the RH BS with another player that does not count as a shared BS. The term shared BS only applies to official player factions. SO that one is not okay, unless you no longer fly it.
Yes you can keep the Lib Dread.
The accounts will be unbanned so you can log them for activity, to avoid them being wiped. They will then be rebanned until a decision is reached with the Aegis, and Swiss can take control of the Asar.

ok..i will sell the RH BS......and how can i move the Osiris to the other account? cant i just give the key to Swiss?
Prior to my Internet hiatus, I was sanctioned. I was warned and fined, but there was no mention of a ban. The account was banned, however, and I am unsure what the reason is, whether it is related to the sanction or not. I decided to wait until I came back to bring it up, but the account has now been banned for about two weeks.
If it is a mistake, no big deal. If not, I would like to know the reason.
