It is time we initiate this channel in order to voice our people's concerns by participating in discussions about issues that directly effect them.

Our Council is willing to negotiate with a couple of factions about various matters.

Current Agenda is scheduled due to priority order as follows;

• Discussion with Lane Hackers about the safety between Duesseldorf and Vespucci systems.
  

• Discussion with Red Hessians about the safety of diamond smuggling and market shares.
  

• Discussion with the Liberty Rogues about the docking rights of Dawson and Rogues' activity in Bering.
  

Rest of the issues will be scheduled once the standing negotiations are closed.
