Hi everyone, I've started playing Freelancer about a week ago and it's been a blast. I've been having so much fun with the ship I bought yesterday that I simply had to make a video about my new favourite part of the game

Haha, i beleave i have meat you at Shinkaku, but my KTrain Docked fine after first F1ing, but gets stuck at almost every Tradelane.

Its more a beauty for flying trough open space.

We may never be able to runaway from the Dragons anymore, but ill keep it, and learn how to fly.

Still though, I suffer all this when I let my pirate train pilot itself, so you guys in Kusari aren't alone. I F3'd a junker base with it yesterday and went to the bathroom. When I came back it was still flying in little circles trying to dock itself. I now pretty much fast-dock every base and center myself on every trade lane before docking.

How do I fast-dock with a station?

There are docking points on the station where your ship usually slow docks to.
EG, they say to go to dock 34 (big numbers for some reason) and your ship does all the manuevering and ends up taking a long time when it goes into the docking sequence, before seemingly docking in midspace.
That point in midspace is the quickdock point as well.
Fly up to it, hit dock and you will dock immediately usually.

In general, stations tend to have one on the 'neck' of their main tower or above their main tower. The other type of station should be docked on the upper side, on the flat side of the main sticky out bit.
