lulz..i have better chance hurt bomber with my primary turrets than Solaris and Flaks (yea..cuz enemy always out of range and you dont even have a chance to use it).... in this version...flaks are only an anti-missile gun...unless enemy ship gets stupidly close to you so your flak can actually hurt them..
I was testing my flak, when i first got my jug and i was rep fixing - in rhienland, with Malte, he said the effect was when it hit it like turned your ship around, its wierd. Now only if flaks could get at least 800m out from the ship...
Frankly, flak would- in its current state- really only be useful if it was somthing like a WW2 flak gun, just rapid fire blankets. currently such a high energy use barely penetrates sheilding, which is quite dumb since if a bomber is THAT close to the ship, he obviously doesent know what hes doing.

Considering how much bullcrap flies back and forth, most of the dev/balance team has learned to take these public balance/whine topics with a pinch of salt. If something seems imbalanced, instead of taking your word for it, we'll go and find out for ourselves.
Obviously not randomly, as Tenacity seems to be suggesting bias, not stupidity.

i dont know what you are saying but...dev team seems to want Battleship suck against anything smaller than GB to the point where they have nothing to fight back (well...Solaris and flaks are useless.out of range 99% of time in a combat.)...while saying..oh yea..get an escort..or....bla bla bla the flaks and solaris works perfectly against them...ok..Battleship suck against them...then why fighter can not kill bomber that easily while bomber can rape battleship easily? this makes me thinks they are bias...
PS: just came up with an idea...remove strafe from fighters and bombers, and bomber has weaker shield or turns slower?..that makes bomber a very easy target to fighters just like Battleship is an easy target for bombers...

Sure 3 bombers can take out a BS. Hell even 2 can. Takes ages though.
Now on the other hand Zoner Carrier with 12x primaries can deal with bombers quite well. All you need is 2 seconds. 3 Primary salvos and bomber explodes. Sure it's a bit more tricky then before ... it's not impossible though. And from today's perspective - a single fighter makes SN bombarding quite a pain for bomber... while other cap not nessecarilly.
As for Solaris - Never used them, prolly never will.
Flaks - a bit useless.
Don't forget to have same speed weaps activated and you should be fine ...
