if you really want to join a NPC faction, please take an example from your peers (just don't copy them). Develop a small story, elaborating on your character's background and history. Describe a bit of your character's personality. Create his ideals and morals, even his mannerisms if you can.

A simple "i want to help liberty get revenge on the rhienland" will not suffice in any role-play situation. This community prides itself on it's very high RP standards for player-to-player interaction. If you feel that you are not ready to perform at these levels, travel around as an independent trader or freelancer to gain some experience. Also, most people here will be glad to help you develop and enhance your RP experience.
